Description

The present invention can be applied to various types of vertically-roofed (vertical) exterior structures constructed on exterior surfaces such as roofs of buildings regardless of whether they are new or existing, and have a protruding shape formed of exterior materials constituting the exterior surface. The present invention relates to a mounting member that can be stably mounted on a portion without causing surface contact that causes rust, and to which various external members such as a solar cell module can be mounted, and a mounting structure of the external member.

As an attachment member capable of attaching an external member such as a solar cell panel or a green roof panel to a goby-tightened folded plate roof or the like, for example, the proposal (building attachment) described in Patent Document 1 has been made. .. In the fixture in Patent Document 1, the seat plate piece 21 bent at a right angle to the lower end of the leg portion 2 is arranged so as to be placed on the top surface 93 of the building plate 9, and is therefore stable. It is attached to the building board 9.

On the other hand, when constructing a new exterior structure on an existing roof, a structure is adopted in which a new foundation is constructed by arranging fixtures and support materials on the existing roof, and a new exterior structure is installed on the foundation. The tools and support materials are assembled on the existing roof by tightening with bolts (for example, Patent Documents 2 to 4).
Patent Document 2 proposes an outer enclosure attachment in which a pair of left and right support half bodies 1 and 1 forming the main body A are integrated with a joint B.
In Patent Document 3, the goby portion 2 is sandwiched by the bolts 23 with a pair of left and right grippers 22L and 22R, but the slits 24a and 24a are formed in the plate-like body (holding material 24) to which the nut 24b is fixed. There has been proposed a mounting bracket provided with the grips 22L and 22R inserted into the slits 24a and 24a.

However, the fixture of Patent Document 1 has a structure in which the metals are in surface contact with each other, and stable arrangement is never performed due to deformation of the metal plate material forming the exterior material or the like. .. In addition, due to this planar contact, even if the surface of the metal plate is initially treated with anti-corrosion coating or the like, the surface treatment is peeled off due to friction over time, resulting in rust. It was the cause of corrosion. Further, when the planar contact occurs, rainwater (moisture) is easily retained between the adjacent metal plates, so that rust and corrosion are likely to proceed.

On the other hand, the patent document 2 has a configuration in which a substantially horizontal seat plate portion 16 provided below the main body A is mounted on the outer body C in a mounted manner, and has a surface similar to that of the patent document 1. It was a form of contact.
Further, in Patent Document 3, since the plate-like material to which the nut 24b is fixed is not stably fixed, a member (panel upper surface holding plate 26) for pressing the outer peripheral frame Pf of the solar cell panel P to be attached to the nut 24b. The fixing bolt 21 for fixing the) was also not stable.

Therefore, the present invention can be applied to various types of vertically-roofed (vertical) exterior structures to be applied to exterior surfaces such as roofs of buildings regardless of whether they are newly installed or existing, and are formed of exterior materials constituting the exterior surface. A mounting member that can be stably mounted on the projecting portion without causing surface contact that causes rust, and various external members such as a solar cell module can be mounted, and a mounting structure of the external member. The purpose is to make a proposal.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and is a mounting member fixed to a convex portion formed of an exterior material constituting an exterior surface, and is either above or to the left or right of the convex portion. An upper member arranged on the upper member, a lower member rotatably pivotally attached to the upper member and arranged on the other side of the convex portion, and an upper member whose head is held by an accommodating portion provided on the lower member. Consists of a mounting bolt that penetrates the upper surface of the mounting bolt and a fastening nut that is screwed into the tip of the mounting bolt, and the convex portion is sandwiched from the left and right by the rotatably pivoted upper member and lower member. A bottom surface portion facing horizontally is formed, and a leg portion extending vertically downward is provided on the bottom surface portion , and the lower end portion of the leg portion is a ground contact portion with an exterior surface and is provided on the bottom surface portion . By grounding the grounding portion at the lower end of the leg portion to the exterior surface in a line contact manner and attaching a fastening nut to the mounting bolt to tighten the grounding portion , the accommodating portion of the lower member is placed on the back surface of the upper surface portion of the upper member. It relates to a mounting member which is polymerized to form a space between the bottom surface portion and the exterior surface and the inner end of the bottom surface portion is sandwiched between the convex portions.
The "line contact shape" in the present invention does not mean, for example, a state in which the sharp tip of a hard material is in contact with the exterior surface, and is not a wide surface contact as in Patent Document 1 described above. It can be said that it is a surface contact shape with a width (= several mm or less) and a line contact shape with a wide width (= about 1 mm or more).

Further, in the present invention, the mounting member having the above configuration is fixed to the convex portion formed of the exterior material constituting the exterior surface, and the external member is directly attached to the mounting member or via the support member. It also proposes a mounting structure for an external member, which is characterized in that the external member is indirectly mounted.

The mounting member of the present invention, because grounds the ground portion which is a lower end of the leg portion provided on the bottom surface to be placed on the exterior surface line contact on the outer surface, if the deformation of the metal sheet forming the outer package Even if such a situation occurs, reliable and stable arrangement is performed. Moreover, since the upper member and the lower member are integrated by tightening the tightening nut screwed to the tip of the mounting bolt whose head is held in the accommodating portion of the lower member, the tightening nut can be tightened. As a result, the mounting bolt is pulled upward, and the lower member behaves as if it is pulled up accordingly, and at least downward stress is hardly generated. Therefore, due to the line contact between the grounding part and the exterior surface, the treatment such as rust preventive coating on the surface of the metal plate forming the exterior material is not peeled off due to friction over time or tightening in tightening work, and rust and corrosion Does not cause. Further, since a space is formed between the bottom surface portion and the exterior surface by the ground contact portion, rainwater is not retained.
Specifically, an upper member arranged on either the upper side or the left or right side of the convex portion, a lower member rotatably pivotally attached to the upper member and arranged on the other side of the convex portion, and the lower portion. It consists of a mounting bolt that is attached to the member and penetrates the upper member, and a tightening nut that is screwed into the tip of the mounting bolt. The upper member and the lower member that are rotatably pivotally attached form a convex portion. A bottom surface portion that faces substantially horizontally is formed by being sandwiched from the left and right, and a leg portion that extends vertically downward is provided on the bottom surface portion, and the lower end portion of the leg portion is a ground contact portion with the exterior surface. By grounding the ground contact portion , which is the lower end of the leg portion provided on the bottom surface portion , to the exterior surface in a line contact manner, and attaching and tightening the fastening nut to the mounting bolt, the accommodating portion of the lower member becomes the said accommodating portion of the upper member. It is overlapped on the back surface of the upper surface portion to form a space between the bottom surface portion and the exterior surface, and the inner end of the bottom surface portion is sandwiched between the convex portions to prevent the mounting bolt from falling downward. It can be erected on the upper member, and by tightening the tightening bolt to the mounting bolt, integration and mounting are carried out, so it is arranged substantially horizontally like the conventional mounting work of the carry-out stand. The work is extremely easy because it does not require the work of tightening bolts and nuts.
Further, since the upper member and the lower member each have a simple shape, they have extremely high practical value.

Further, in the mounting structure of the external member using the mounting member of the present invention, various external members are placed directly on the mounting member in which various external members are stably arranged on the exterior surface, or indirectly via a support member. The solar cell module and the like can be stably attached to the convex portion formed of the exterior material constituting the exterior surface with a simple structure.

The mounting member of the present invention is fixed to a convex portion formed of an exterior material constituting an exterior surface, and has a pair of left and right bottom surfaces (I) facing substantially horizontally with the convex portion sandwiched between them. The bottom surface portion is provided with a tightening means (II) for the bottom surface portion, the bottom surface portion is provided with a leg portion extending vertically downward, and the lower end of the leg portion is a ground contact portion with an exterior surface. The ground contact portion, which is the lower end of the leg portion provided on the bottom surface portion, touches the exterior surface in a line contact manner, and by tightening the tightening means, the inner end (pinching portion) of the bottom surface portion is sandwiched between the convex portions. configuration der to is, as in the illustrated embodiment to be described later, the upper and left and right either one disposed upper member of the convex portions (a), said upper member and rotatably pivotally mounted to the convex A lower member (B) arranged on the other side of the portion, a mounting bolt (C) held by the lower member and penetrating the upper member, and a fastening nut (D) screwed to the tip of the mounting bolt. It consists of .

The bottom surface portion (I) refers to a pair of left and right horizontal piece portions facing substantially horizontally with the convex portion sandwiched therein as described above, and is arranged on one of the left and right members and the other side. a bottom portion facing in a substantially horizontally to both the other member to arrange provided, the clamping portion of the inner end of the bottom portion. Further, a leg portion extending vertically downward is provided on the bottom surface portion, the lower end portion of the leg portion is a ground contact portion with the exterior surface, and the ground contact portion is the lower end portion of the leg portion provided on the bottom surface portion. Grounds to the exterior surface in a line contact manner.

The tightening means (II) refers to means for tightening the bottom surface portion from the left and right as described above, and is particularly long as it is for tightening the members forming the bottom surface portion, that is, the members arranged on the left and right sides. The configuration is not limited.
As shown in the illustrated embodiment described later , the tightening means includes a vertical bolt for integrating and tightening the upper member and the lower member, and a tightening nut for tightening the vertical bolt .

The grounding portion, which is a portion of the bottom surface portion that comes into contact with the exterior surface in a line contact manner, refers to the lower end of the leg portion that extends (protrudes) vertically downward from the bottom surface portion as described above, and is a line on the exterior surface. It is placed in contact with each other. That is, as the grounding portion, in the case of a hard material made of an extruded aluminum mold material or the like as shown in the illustrated embodiment described later, the lower end surface of the protruding piece may be formed in a substantially arcuate cross section, or an elastic material may be molded. In the case of a soft material made of a body, the shape is not limited.
Further, this ground contact portion is the lower end of the leg portion that extends (protrudes) vertically from the bottom surface portion.
If the lower end surface of the protruding piece (leg portion) as the ground contact portion is a curved surface having the same arcuate cross section, the lower end surface of the thick protruding piece is larger than the lower end surface of the thin protruding piece. However, since the contact area with the exterior surface is wide, the stability when placed is high.
Further, the protruding height of the protruding piece (leg) may be adjusted. For example, in the embodiment in which the molded body is inserted through the hole provided in the bottom surface and attached as in the illustrated embodiment (fifth embodiment) described later, the protruding height is adjusted by using an elastic material as the molded body. As a result, the sitting stability on the exterior surface can be improved, and as described above, the contact with the exterior surface is also surface contact (line contact). Similarly, by using a bolt material or the like as a projecting piece, it may be used for adjusting the projecting height.

Further, the grounding portion may be provided with protruding pieces, ridged portions, etc. on the lower surface side of the left and right horizontal piece portions forming the bottom surface portion, or may be continuous in the length direction or intermittently continuous. Often, as shown in the illustrated embodiment described later, it is preferable to provide one row (one row) in the vicinity of the base end of each of the left and right horizontal pieces, but the present invention is not particularly limited to this, and a plurality of rows (multiple rows) are provided. You may. For example, even if a plurality of rows of protruding pieces are provided in a sawtooth shape as in the illustrated embodiment described later, by forming the tip in a substantially arc shape, the ground contact portion having this configuration can also be placed in a line contact shape without damaging the exterior surface. Even if the metal plate material that is placed and forms the exterior material is deformed, a reliable and stable arrangement is performed.

The "line contact shape" in the present invention does not mean, for example, a state in which the sharp tip of a hard material is in contact with the exterior surface as described above, but also a wide surface contact as in Patent Document 1 described above. It can be said that there is no surface contact with a narrow width (= several mm or less) and a line contact with a wide width (= about 1 mm or more), and even if friction occurs over time, rust preventive coating on the surface of the metal plate, etc. It does not remove the surface treatment.
As described above, this grounding portion is placed in line contact with the exterior surface, whether it is a curved tip formed by forming the tip of a hard material in a substantially arcuate cross section or a tip of a soft material. Even if the metal face plate forming the above is deformed, it will surely touch the ground.

Then, in the mounting member of the present invention, the bottom surface portion (I) is grounded in line contact with the exterior surface, and the tightening means (II) is tightened so that the inner end of the bottom surface portion (I) is convex. It is a configuration that is sandwiched between.

The configuration of the mounting member is particularly limited as long as it includes a bottom surface portion (I) having a ground contact portion that contacts the exterior surface in a line contact manner and a tightening means (II) as described above. It may be composed of a single member or a plurality of members.

For example, in the illustrated embodiment described later, an upper member (A) arranged on either the upper side or the left or right side of the convex portion and the upper member (A) rotatably pivotally attached to the upper member and arranged on the other side of the convex portion. The structure is composed of a lower member (B), a mounting bolt (C) attached to the lower member and penetrating the upper member, and a fastening nut (D) screwed to the tip of the mounting bolt. A pair of left and right bottom surfaces (I) are formed by an upper member and a lower member that are movably pivotally attached, and a fastening nut is attached to a mounting bolt to form a tightening means (II), and a horizontal piece forming the bottom surface portion. A ground contact portion was formed on the lower surface of the portion.

Then, in this mounting member, the mounting member is tightened by attaching a fastening nut to the mounting bolt in a state where the convex portion is sandwiched between the upper member and the lower member which are rotatably pivotally attached from the left and right. By integrating the above, the inner end (sandwiching portion) of the bottom surface portion is sandwiched between the convex portions, the upper member and the lower member are locked to the convex portion, and the mounting bolt is erected on the upper member. be able to.

(A) Upper member The upper member is a member arranged on either the upper side or the left or right side of the convex portion as described above. Specifically, this upper member includes a portion that covers the convex portion, a portion that abuts on one side of the convex portion, that is, an inner end (sandwiching portion) of the bottom surface portion, and one of the bottom surface portions (I). A space is formed between the horizontal piece portion and the lower member (B), and the convex portion is arranged so as to be located in the space. In the horizontal piece portion forming the bottom surface portion (I), a ground contact portion is formed on the lower surface in a line contact manner with the exterior surface.
Further, as described above, the upper member is rotatably pivotally attached to the lower member (B). Specifically, either the upper member or the lower member is provided with a convex pivot portion, and the other is provided with a concave pivot support portion so as to be rotatably pivoted (fitted). ..
Further, the upper member has a structure in which the mounting bolt (C) penetrates as described above and is provided with a hole for the mounting bolt to penetrate. When the through hole is substantially the same as the diameter of the mounting bolt, only the direction in which the mounting bolt faces the through hole is allowed, so that the rotation of the upper member and the lower member is also controlled. Therefore, it is desirable to form a through hole in a horizontally long shape.
It is desirable that the upper member has a support surface formed on the top thereof, and the external member and the solar cell panel can be stably supported on the support surface.

(B) Lower member The lower member is a member arranged on the left and right other sides of the convex portion as described above, and is a portion that abuts on the other side base end of the convex portion like the upper member arranged on one side. That is, it has a configuration having an inner end (sandwiching portion) of the bottom surface portion and the other horizontal piece portion of the bottom surface portion (I). In the horizontal piece portion forming the bottom surface portion (I), a ground contact portion is formed on the lower surface surface in a line contact manner with the exterior surface.
Further, although the (C) mounting bolt is attached to the lower member as described above, a groove-shaped or concave accommodating portion for arranging the head of the mounting bolt is provided . By providing this accommodating portion , the mounting bolt can be easily and stably arranged on the lower member, and an accident in which the mounting bolt is detached from the lower member can be prevented even in the mounting work on the convex portion. ..

(C) Mounting bolt This mounting bolt forms a "mounting portion" in this mounting member. As described above, since it is attached to (B) the lower member and penetrates (A) the upper member, it also acts as a connecting member between the upper member and the lower member. As the mounting bolt itself, a normal hexagon bolt or the like is used.

(D) Tightening nut This tightening nut integrally fixes (A) the upper member and (B) the lower member by tightening the (C) mounting bolt from above, and is provided on each member. Since the landing portion is arranged on the left and right sides of the base end of the convex portion, the upper member and the lower member are locked to the convex portion, and the mounting bolt is erected on the upper member. As the fastening nut itself, a normal hexagon nut or the like is used. Therefore, the tightening means (II) is formed by the (C) mounting bolt and the (D) tightening nut.

Among the members (A) to (D) constituting these mounting members, the rotatably pivoted (A) upper member and (B) lower member are not particularly limited in shape. However, as described above, the space for locating the convex portion is formed, and it is desirable that the space is formed in a substantially housing shape as in the illustrated embodiment described later.
In order to form a cross section in a substantially housing shape, for example, if one is on the right and the other is on the left, the rotation shaft (the pivotal branch and the pivotal support) is located at the left end of the upper surface, and the upper member is the upper surface and the right surface. The right side of the bottom surface may be formed, and the lower member may form the left side surface and the left side of the bottom surface. It should be noted that such a configuration shows the simplest configuration corresponding to the first embodiment of the illustrated embodiment described later, and any configuration is adopted as long as the above-mentioned configuration, operation, and effect are not impaired. You may.

The convex portion to be attached to the attachment member of the present invention is formed of an exterior material constituting the exterior surface, and the exterior surface has a structure in which a mountain-shaped portion and a valley-shaped portion are continuous. , Refers to the mountain-shaped part, which may be new or existing. Further, as shown in the illustrated embodiment described later, even if the side edge of the exterior material is raised substantially vertically to form a convex portion on the top of the protruding portion which is a mountain-shaped portion, a cap is formed on the outside thereof. It may be formed by arranging a shape-like cover material or by polymerizing the other side edge on one side edge, and the structure thereof is not particularly limited.

The present invention also proposes a mounting structure for an external member using the mounting member having the above configuration, and the mounting member having the above configuration is formed on a convex portion formed of the exterior material constituting the exterior surface. The external member is directly attached to the attachment member, or the external member is indirectly attached via a support member.

As the external member, even if it occupies a large area of the roof surface such as a solar cell panel, a greening panel (structure), or a newly installed roof material (structure), a part such as a snow stopper, a lightning rod, an antenna, etc. It may be provided as a target. Further, the solar cell panel may have a frame material arranged on the periphery of the solar cell module, or the solar cell may be integrally provided on the exterior material, and the configuration thereof is not particularly limited.

As the support material for supporting the external member, it may be directly attached to the attachment bolt of the attachment member, or may be indirectly attached via an auxiliary member.
The shape and structure of the support material are not particularly limited, but the support material may be an inverted U-shaped long material (horizontal crosspiece) or a standard length material continuous in the girder direction, or continuous in the flow direction. It may be a long material (vertical crosspiece) or a standard length material.

The first embodiment of the mounting member 1 of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 2 (a) to 2 (e) is arranged on either the upper side or the left or right side (= right side) of the convex portion 51. It is composed of a mounting bolt 1B, a mounting bolt 1B, a tightening nut 1C, and a tightening nut 1C screwed into the tip of the mounting bolt 1B. These mounting bolts 1B and tightening nuts 1C form the tightening means.
Further, the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are formed so that the combined state has a substantially horizontal cross section, and the bottom surface portion is a pair of left and right horizontal piece portions facing substantially horizontally with the convex portion 51 sandwiched therein. It has 23 and 32, and a space 10 is formed inside.
Further, on the lower surfaces of the bottom surface portions 23 and 32, ground contact portions 231 and 321 projecting downward (leg portions 231L and 321L) and having tips formed in a substantially arcuate cross section are continuous in the length direction, respectively. It is provided.

The upper member 2 is a member arranged above and to the right of the convex portion 51 as described above, and as shown in the figure, a horizontal piece 21 corresponding to the upper surface of the housing-shaped portion surrounding the convex portion 51 and a right side. It is a substantially square-shaped aluminum extruded material that forms a vertical piece 22 corresponding to a surface and a bottom surface portion 23 which is a horizontal piece corresponding to the right side of the bottom surface. The horizontal piece 21 is provided with a horizontally long hole 211 through which the mounting bolt 1B penetrates. The concave pivot support portion 24 forming the shaft portion 15 for rotatably pivoting to the lower member 3 is located at the left end of the upper surface (the left end of the horizontal piece 21) and abuts on the convex portion 51. The inner end (tip) of the bottom surface portion 23 is the sandwiching portion 25.
The upper member 2 is provided with a mounting horizontal piece 26 extending substantially horizontally on one side of the horizontal piece 21 (on the right side of the drawing) and a mounting tilting piece 27 whose substantially center is folded up in an inclined shape. Has been done. The mounting horizontal piece 26 has a tip 261 as a locking protrusion, and holes 262 are provided in the vicinity of the front end and the vicinity of the rear end, respectively. Further, the mounting inclined piece 27 has a plate shape with a notched central upper end, and the notched portion is a notched portion 271.

The lower member 3 is a member arranged on the left side of the convex portion 51 as described above, and as shown in the figure, a vertical piece 31 corresponding to the left side surface and a bottom surface portion 32 which is a horizontal piece corresponding to the left side of the bottom surface. It is a substantially L-shaped extruded aluminum material that forms and. A concave accommodating portion 33 into which the head of the mounting bolt 1B is fitted is formed substantially in the center, that is, on the back surface side of the upper surface (horizontal piece 21), and is pivotally attached to the upper member 2 so as to be rotatable. The convex pivot portion 34 forming the shaft portion 15 is located at the upper end of the left side surface (upper end of the vertical piece 31), and the inner end (tip) of the bottom surface portion 32 that abuts on the convex portion 51 is the sandwiching portion 35. is there.

As shown in the figure, the mounting bolt 1B is a hexagon bolt in which the head portion 16 is located at the lower end and the male screw portion 17 is located above.
Further, the fastening nut 1C is a hexagon nut.

Then, these members are integrally combined as shown in the drawing, but the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are rotatably pivotally attached to form a shaft portion 15, and the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are pivotally attached to the accommodating portion 33 of the lower member 3. The tip of the male screw portion 17 of the mounting bolt 1B to which the head portion 16 is attached is combined so as to penetrate the hole 211 provided in the upper member 2 and project upward.
The tightening nut 1C may be left removed until the work of tightening it, or may be loosely attached to the tip of the male screw portion 17 of the mounting bolt 1B.

The convex portion 51 formed on the exterior surface (exterior material) 5 shown in FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 (f) has an exterior surface 5 having a mountain-shaped portion and a valley-shaped portion continuous. In the above, the side edge portions 52, 52 of the left and right exterior materials 5, 5 are formed on the standing pieces of the hanger (not shown) fixed on the tight frame (not shown), which are formed on the top of the mountain-shaped portion. It is formed by crimping the end of the ridge so that it rises substantially vertically and follows the polymerization.

Then, in order to construct the exterior structures of FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 (f), the following first to third steps may be carried out.
First, as a first step, the upper member 2, the lower member 3, and the mounting bolt 1B are loosely and integrally combined in advance, and are convex so as to be positioned in the space 10 formed by the upper member 2 and the lower member 3. It is arranged in the shape portion 51.
Since the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are pivotally attached so as to be rotatable, the upper member 2 is arranged on the right side of the convex portion 51, and the sandwiching portion 25 which is the inner end of the bottom surface portion 23 is convex. The lower member 3 is arranged on the left side of the convex portion 51 along the rising base of the portion 51, and the sandwiching portion 35 which is the inner end of the bottom surface portion 32 is aligned with the rising base of the convex portion 51 from the left and right. Arrange so as to sandwich.

Next, as a second step, the tightening nut 1C is attached to the mounting bolt 1B and tightened from above with a tool or the like. By this tightening, the action of pulling up the mounting bolt 1B works, and the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are integrally fixed. In this state, the pair of left and right bottom surfaces 23 and 32 sandwich the rising base portion of the convex portion 51 from the right and left, and the sandwiching portions 25 and 35 which are the inner ends of the bottom surface portions 23 and 32 sandwich the convex portions 51. Therefore, the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are attached to the convex portion 51 in a locking manner, and the mounting bolt 1B stands up on the upper member 2 and protrudes downward from the bottom surface portions 23, 32. The 321 is attached so as to be placed on the exterior surface 5 in a line contact manner.

Then, as a third step, the external member is directly attached to the tip of the male screw portion 17 of the attachment bolt 1B of the fixed attachment member 1 or indirectly via the support member and fixed. A nut may be attached to the mounting bolt 1B and fixed.
As described above, in the third step, an external member such as a solar cell panel may be directly or indirectly attached to the tip of the attachment bolt 1B and fixed.

In the mounting member 1 of the present invention constructed in this way, grounding portions 231 and 321 that are grounded in line contact with the exterior surface are formed on the bottom surfaces 23 and 32 mounted on the exterior surface 5 in a substantially arcuate cross section. Therefore, the contact with the exterior surface 5 is a line contact shape that can be said to be a narrow width (= several mm or less) surface contact shape or a wide width (= about 1 mm or more) line contact shape. Material) Even if the metal plate material forming 5 is deformed, a reliable and stable arrangement is performed. Further, since the ground contact portions 231 and 321 do not cause surface contact between the horizontal piece portions of the bottom surfaces 23 and 32 and the exterior surface 5, rust prevention on the surface of the metal plate forming the exterior material 5 due to friction over time or the like. The treatment such as painting is not peeled off, and it does not cause rust or corrosion. Since the space 4 formed between the horizontal piece portions of the bottom surfaces 23 and 32 and the exterior surface 5 does not retain rainwater (moisture), it does not cause rust or the like.

Further, in the first embodiment, the upper member 2 arranged above and to the right of the convex portion 51 and the upper member 2 rotatably pivotally attached to the upper member 2 and arranged to the left of the convex portion 51. It consists of a lower member 3, a mounting bolt 1C that is attached to the lower member 3 and penetrates the upper member 2, and a fastening nut 1B that is screwed into the tip of the mounting bolt 1C. Since the fastening portions 231 and 321 that sandwich the convex portion 51 from the left and right are formed by the worn upper member 2 and the lower member 3, and the fastening nut 1B is attached to the mounting bolt 1C to form the tightening means, the mounting member 1 By attaching and integrating the upper member 2 and the lower member 3, the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 can be locked to the convex portion 51, and the mounting bolt 1B can be erected on the upper member 2.

Further, as described above, since the upper member 2 is provided with the substantially horizontal mounting horizontal piece 26 and the inclined mounting inclined piece 27, the mounting brackets 6A and 3 (c) shown in FIG. 3 (b) are provided. ) Can be easily attached, and as shown in FIG. 3A, the gutter-shaped metal fitting (not shown) for accommodating the cable (not shown) of the solar cell panel 7 is received. be able to.

The mounting bracket 6A is a member formed by bending and molding a strip-shaped metal material or the like that is substantially equal to the width of the notch 271 and is slightly narrow. Further, below the upper portion 61 formed in a 7-shaped cross section, a lower portion 62 extending downwardly outward and extending downward in a substantially hanging shape is provided, and the lower end thereof is bent inward. A horizontal piece portion 63 whose tip is formed in an arc shape in cross section is provided. Further, the upper portion 61 is provided with a fitting groove 611 that opens downward and a protrusion 612 that projects inward and upward. The inside and outside are defined as the inside in the direction toward the mounting member 1 to be mounted and the opposite as the outside.
Further, the receiving metal fitting 6B is a member formed by bending a strip material having an inverted dish-shaped cross section whose front end and rear end are bent downward, and is formed wider than the mounting metal fitting 6A. .. Then, the inside and the outside of the central portion 65 formed substantially horizontally in the left-right direction were bent upward, and the inside bent portion was used as the holding portion 66. Circular (651,661) and pores (652,662) are formed in the central portion 65 and the holding portion 66, respectively.

Then, in order to attach the mounting bracket 6A to the mounting member 1, the fitting groove 611 of the mounting bracket 6A is fitted into the notch 271 provided in the mounting inclined piece 27 so as to hang from above, and the protrusion 612 The lower end of the mounting side piece 26 is engaged (fitted) so as to fit into the locking protrusion 261 of the mounting horizontal piece 26. That is, when the fitting groove 611 is the upper jaw, the protrusion 612 is the lower jaw, and the mounting inclined piece 27 can be mounted so as to bite from above and below. In this state, the mounting bracket 6A is prevented from tilting outward due to its own weight and the positive load acting on it, but since the fitting groove 611 is provided with a play (margin of depth), the mounting bracket 6A The protrusion 612 can be removed and the mounting bracket 6A can be easily removed by lifting the above.

Next, the receiving metal fitting 6B is fixed to the mounting metal fitting 6A, and this work may be performed before or after the mounting metal fitting 6A is mounted.
As described above, since the receiving metal fitting 6B is formed in an inverted dish shape in cross section, the vertical piece 62 of the mounting metal fitting 6A is aligned with the holding portion 66 so as to be held by the holding portion 66, and the bolt 6c is provided from the side. And the nut 6d may be attached and integrated. The bolt 6c is attached by inserting a circular hole 661 provided in the holding portion 66.

The mounting members 1 and 2 of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 4A to 4E project long downward to the lower surfaces of the bottom surface portions 23 and 32, which are a pair of left and right horizontal pieces, and the tip thereof has a cross section. Since it is exactly the same as the first embodiment except that it is composed of an upper member 2 2 and a lower member 3 2 provided with grounding portions 232 and 322 formed in a substantially arc shape, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings. The explanation will be omitted.
That is, in this second embodiment, the ground contact portions 232 and 322 on the lower surfaces of the bottom surface portions 23 and 32 are formed in the foot lengths (leg portions 232L and 322L) , but as shown in FIG. part 51 exterior surface 2 is formed in chief (outer package) is intended to suitably accommodate the 5 2, than the space 4 in the first embodiment between the bottom portion 23 and 32 and the outer surface 5 2 and forms a large space 4 2.

5 mounting member 1 3 of the third embodiment of the present invention shown in (a) ~ (e), the downward inclined piece 28 and upward instead of mounting crosspiece 26 and the mounting inclined piece 27 is provided on the upper member 2 3 Since the configuration is exactly the same as that of the first embodiment except that the inclined piece 29 is provided, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the description thereof will be omitted (grounding portions 233, 323, legs 233L, 323L) .
That is, in this third embodiment, although not described in the exterior structure shown in FIG. 5 (f), the hole 281 provided in the downward inclined piece 28 may be used as a place to attach the cable or the like of the solar cell panel 7. However, the upward inclined piece 29 itself may be used as a mounting location.

Mounting member 1 4 of the fourth embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 6 (a) ~ (e) is projecting from the lower surface of the bottom portion 23, 32 downward (the legs 234L, 324L) and the tip is a substantially circular Since it is exactly the same as that of the first embodiment except that the ground contact portions 234 and 324 formed in an arc shape are formed toward the center, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the description thereof will be omitted.
That is, in the fourth embodiment, the exterior structure shown in FIG. 6 (f) is the same in that the bottom surfaces 12 and 32 are placed on the exterior surface in a line contact manner, and the bottom surfaces 23 and 32 and the exterior surface are the same. than space 4 in the first embodiment between 5 4 and forms a small space 4 4.

The pin-shaped mounting member 6A used in the fifth embodiment is made of an elastic molded body, and the upper end and the lower end (grounding portion 61) are formed to have a diameter larger than the circular hole so as to be compressed and pushed against the elasticity. Since it is stably attached to the metal plate and is made of an elastic molded body, the treatment such as rust preventive coating on the surface of the metal plate is not peeled off, and it does not cause rust or corrosion. Further, although the shape of the ground contact portions 61 formed at a total of four locations is substantially cylindrical, it has elasticity, so that the protruding height can be adjusted to improve the sitting stability on the exterior surface, and the first to first steps are described above. 4 As in the embodiment, the metal plate material is placed in line contact with the exterior surface, and even if the metal plate material forming the exterior material is deformed, a reliable and stable arrangement is performed.
