Description
より好ましくは、仕上げ代許容範囲Hは、例えば、製品形状の形状Aに対して好適に仕上げ加工を行うことができる最小限の仕上げ代を残した形状(形状A’)と、形状Aに仕上げ代(U,W)と削り残し許容量(U’,W’)を加算した形状(形状B)とを求め、基準の形状A’からオフセットした形状Bまでの範囲/領域とする。
なお、距離Dは、例えば、パラメータなどで指定したり、形状A(形状A’)と形状B間の距離(仕上げ代許容範囲Hの厚さ)の1/nなどとして任意に設定すればよい。
仮経路R3が干渉する場合には、本実施形態と同様にして、干渉した領域Mで中継点S3を求め、中継点S3を繋ぐ最短経路R3を求め、上記と同様に補正点S4を再度求める(Step18)。
なお、距離Eは、例えば、パラメータなどで指定したり、補正点S4を挟んで両側の直線の短い方の1/mなどとして任意に設定すればよい。
なお、円弧(曲線)を含む仮経路R3が生成された段階で、経路干渉判定部5によって、形状A(形状A’)の形状線、形状Bの形状線との干渉の有無が確認され、干渉する場合には、距離E、補正点S4の再設定を行い、円弧を含む仮経路R3が仕上げ代許容範囲H内に納まるようにする。

Claims (5)
- ワークを旋盤加工で荒削りする際の切削経路を生成する加工経路生成装置であって、
ワークの荒削りの切削開始点と切削終了点の情報を記憶する記憶部と、
後工程の仕上げ加工で許容できる仕上げ代許容範囲を設定する仕上げ代許容範囲設定部と、
ワークの回転軸線に沿う方向の断面視で、前記切削開始点と前記切削終了点とを結ぶ切削経路を、前記仕上げ代許容範囲内に配されるように、且つ前記切削開始点と前記切削終了点とを結び、製品形状の形状線に沿う経路よりも短くなるように生成する切削経路生成部とを備える加工経路生成装置。 - 前記切削開始点と前記切削終了点とを結ぶ直線の仮経路を求める仮経路生成部を備え、
前記切削経路生成部は、前記仮経路が前記仕上げ代許容範囲から外れる場合に、前記仕上げ代許容範囲から外れる領域の前記仮経路を前記仕上げ代許容範囲内に配されるように補正して切削経路を生成する請求項1記載の加工経路生成装置。 - 前記切削経路生成部は、ワークの回転軸線に沿う方向の断面視で、前記仮経路が製品形状の形状線と、仕上げ代と削り残し許容量を加算した形状の形状線のそれぞれと干渉するか否かを確認する経路干渉判定部と、
前記経路干渉判定部によって干渉しないと判定された場合に、前記仮経路を切削経路とする切削経路決定部とを備え、
前記切削経路決定部は、前記経路干渉判定部によって干渉すると判定された場合に、干渉する領域において仮経路から最も遠い点を求め、これを中継点とする中継点設定部と、
前記中継点を経由して前記切削開始点と前記切削終了点とを結ぶ新たな仮経路を生成する仮経路修正部とを備え、
前記切削経路決定部は、前記仮経路が前記仕上げ代許容範囲内に納まるまで前記中継点の設定、前記新たな仮経路の生成を繰り返し、前記仕上げ代許容範囲内に納まった仮経路を切削経路とする請求項2記載の加工経路生成装置。 - 中継点の部分を円弧状にし、滑らかに繋がる切削経路を生成するための曲線化補正部を備える請求項3記載の加工経路生成装置。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の加工経路生成装置を備える数値制御装置。
