Description
Claims (18)
- (i)電気コンポーネントと、
(ii)UV放射及び可視放射のうちの1つ又は複数に対して透過性であるシリコーンを含む媒体材料を含む光学媒体であって、前記電気コンポーネントが前記光学媒体に埋め込まれている、光学媒体と、
(iii)前記電気コンポーネントを前記光学媒体の外に機能的に結合させるための電気コネクタであって、前記電気コネクタの長さの少なくとも一部にわたって前記光学媒体に埋め込まれている、電気コネクタと、
(iv)前記光学媒体に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれ、前記電気コネクタの少なくとも一部を密閉する水障壁と
を備える、要素。 - 前記水障壁は、前記光学媒体と異なる原料組成を含む、請求項1に記載の要素。
- 前記水障壁が前記媒体材料及び前記電気コネクタに接着し、前記水障壁がシリコーン接着剤を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の要素。

- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の要素を用意するための方法であって、前記方法が、(i)(a)電気コンポーネント、(b)電力源に前記電気コンポーネントを機能的に結合させるための電気コネクタ、及び(c)前記電気コネクタの少なくとも一部を密閉する水障壁の機能的な組合せを用意するステップと、(ii)前記光源、前記電気コネクタの一部、及び前記水障壁の少なくとも一部を、光源放射に対して透過性であるシリコーンを含む媒体材料を用いてカプセル化して、前記要素を用意するステップとを有する、方法。
