・作動A’(E)は、開ループ/閉ループで自律的に制御されたプロテーゼの反射的及び/又は保護的動作を規定でき、もし作動A’(E)がそのような開ループ/閉ループで自律的に制御されたプロテーゼの反射的及び/又は保護的動作を規定しないならば、予測ユニット(105)が、プロテーゼによって実行される作動A’のモデルMA’(t)を決定し、「t,t+Δt」の期間、プロテーゼ部材のモデルM A’ (t)に依存している動作Beweg(M A’ (t))を予測し、所定の評価スキームに従って、生体信号SIGBIO(t)、状態ZUS(t)、データDUMG(t)そして予測された動作Beweg(MA(t))の査定に基づいて、作動Aを別の作動A’(E)に置き換えるという離散的決定Eを決定できる査定ユニット(106)、
・現在有効な予測動作Beweg(MA(t))又はBeweg(MA’(t))又は、開ループ/閉ループで自律的に制御された反射的及び/又は保護的動作に基づいてアクチュエータを制御する為の制御信号Sig(t)を導出し、制御信号Sig(t)に基づいてアクチュエータを制御/規制する制御ユニット(107)、
を有する、プロテーゼ。 - 請求項1に記載のプロテーゼであって、
プロテーゼの使用者が入力によってプロテーゼのどのような動作をも停止するように制御ユニット(107)を促すような入力ができる入力インターフェイスを制御ユニット(107)が有する、プロテーゼ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のプロテーゼであって、
査定ユニット(106)は、生体信号SIGBIO(t)とは無関係に開ループ/閉ループで自律的に制御されているプロテーゼの反射的及び/又は保護的動作を規定する、作動A’(E)の決定Eが、現在の状態ZUS(t)及び/又はデータDUMG(t)に基づいて決定されるように設計・設定されている、プロテーゼ。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼであって、
制御ユニット(107)が、反射的及び/又は保護的な自律的動作の実行後に、現在感知された生体信号SIGBIO(t)及び/又は、制御ユニットのインターフェイスによる使用者のプロテーゼの入力に基づいてプロテーゼの更なる動作が行われるように設計及び設定され、インターフェイスは手動の視覚及び/又は、聴覚及び/又は、触覚入力の為に設計及び設定されている、プロテーゼ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼであって、
第1センサは以下のセンサ:
・モータ位置、モータ速度、及び/又はモータ加速度を感知する継ぎ手センサ
・出力センサ、
・加速度センサ、
・個々のプロテーゼ部材によって環境へ伝達される力を決定する、また、個々のプロテーゼ部材へ環境から伝達される力を決定する、また、プロテーゼとプロテーゼ着用者の相互作用力を決定する力センサ、
・個々のプロテーゼ部材によって環境へ伝達されるトルクを決定する、また、個々のプロテーゼ部材へ環境から伝達されるトルクを決定するトルクセンサ、
・作用している力とトルクをローカルセンシングする、特に人工皮膚である、触覚センサ、
・プロテーゼに作用する温度を感知する温度センサ、
・プロテーゼに作用する湿度を感知する湿度センサ、
を一つ又は複数含む、プロテーゼ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼであって、
制御ユニット(107)がプロテーゼを制御する為の複数のアプリ(制御プログラムおよび制御パラメータのセット)を提供し、それぞれのアプリはプロテーゼの動作モードを規定し、制御ユニットは、プロテーゼを制御するようにめいめいのアプリが選択され構成される事ができるモバイルユニットへのインターフェイス、特にワイヤレスのインターフェイスを有する、プロテーゼ。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼであって、
第2センサ(103)は、一つ又は複数の筋電センサ及び/又は一つ又は複数の脳波センサを備え、個々のセンサは、生物に適用されるか、生物に埋め込まれる、プロテーゼ。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼであって、
機械能動及び/又は受動インピーダンス、特にプロテーゼの剛性の自動適合が、現在の状態ZUS(t)とデータDUMG(t)に基づいた制御信号Sig(t)の対応する変化を通して行われるように、制御ユニットが設計及び設定されている、プロテーゼ。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼであって、
予測ユニット(105)は、作動A又はA’を実行する為に、モデルMA(t)又はMA’(t)の感知が、自律的に履歴データに基づいたプロテーゼ部材の動作Beweg(MA(t))又はBeweg(MA’(t))を学習する学習可能プロセスとして実装されるように設計・設定されている、プロテーゼ。
