熱湯槽に浸漬して麺をゆでる際に使用する麺ゆで笊の把手部に取付けられる麺ゆで上げ支援器具であって、
麺のゆで上がる時間を計測し、麺のゆで上がりを少なくとも鳴動により知らせるタイマー部と、
少なくとも、前記麺ゆで笊が前記熱湯槽に浸漬されているか否かを検知する液体検知センサーを備えたセンサー部と、
前記センサー部からの信号を変換し、前記タイマー部の作動を制御する変換制御回路部
とを備えたことを特徴とする麺ゆで上げ支援器具。
