Description
本発明の実施形態において、表面コーティング材料は、異なる濃度及び組み合わせのジンクピリチオン、グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン及びトリクロサンを樹脂と混合し、それを印刷紙に特定の圧力及び温度下で含浸させることによって得られる。
改良ディスク拡散法:試験対象である各微生物に対するCG、T及びZPの抗微生物活性を測定するために、標準的なNCCLSディスク拡散法(Lalitha,M.K.and T.N.Vellore,“Manual on antimicrobialsusceptibilitytesting”,インターネット<URL:http://www.ijmm.org/documents/Antimicrobial.doc,2005.>)を改良して使用した。108cfu/mLの細菌、106cfu/mLの酵母及び104胞子/mLの真菌を含む溶液100μLを、新鮮な培養液を用いて調製し、それぞれを栄養寒天培地(NA)、サブローデキストロース寒天培地(SDA)及びポテトデキストロース寒天培地(PDA)上に塗抹法で接種した。20μLの滅菌水を空のディスクに滴下し、粉末トリクロサンを浸漬した。20μLのグルコン酸クロルヘキシジン及びジンクピリチオンを当該空ディスクに引き込み及び含浸し、接種済みのペトリ皿の上に置いた。滅菌水20μLを滴下した空のディスクを陰性対照として使用した。オフロキサシン(10μg/ディクス)及びナイスタチン(30μg/ディスク)を、それぞれ細菌及び真菌の陽性対照として使用した。改良ディスク拡散法を適用した接種済みのペトリ皿を、36±1℃で細菌については24時間、酵母については48時間、真菌については25±1℃で72時間インキュベートした。改良ディスク拡散法で試験した微生物に対する抗微生物活性を、阻害ゾーン(微生物が増殖しないゾーン)を測定することによって評価した。試験したCG、T及びZPの抗微生物活性試験結果を表1にまとめる。全ての試験を、少なくとも2回繰り返した。
溶融槽内で、メラミンホルムアルデヒド、樹脂及び硬化剤の混合物に、1重量%のグルコン酸クロルヘキシジンを添加した。表面コーティング材料の製造の含浸段階において、1m2当たり56〜60質量%の樹脂混合物が存在し、粘度は14〜15cPであるように適用を実施した。23〜28℃の温度及び100bar/m2の圧力の影響下で、クラフト紙を樹脂、メラミンホルムアルデヒド及びグルコン酸クロルヘキシジンに含浸し、それによって1%の活性成分を含有する表面コーティング材料を抗微生物性にした。樹脂混合物の温度が23℃未満に低下した場合は、再加熱した。樹脂コーティング槽内で沈殿が発生するのを防止するため、攪拌機を運転した。含浸段階において、回転速度を17m/分に調節した。上記の得られた表面に、抗微生物活性試験を実施した。
抗微生物性表面コーティング材料の抗微生物活性試験を、2つの異なる方法を用いて同時に実施した。
抗微生物性試験結果:
試験したトリクロサン、グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン及びジンクピリチオンの抗微生物活性試験結果を表1にまとめる。全ての試験を、少なくとも2回繰り返した。

Claims (5)
- グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン、ジンクピリチオン、トリクロサン、樹脂及び前記樹脂を含浸させた印刷用紙を含むことを特徴とする、表面コーティング材料。
- 0.01〜5質量%のグルコン酸クロルヘキシジンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング材料。
- 0.005〜10質量%のジンクピリチオンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング材料。
- 0.01〜1質量%のトリクロサンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング材料。
- 全ての固定及び可動家具、建物のファサードコーティング、ホテルの装飾、トイレ、シャワー及び更衣室、ドア、Telora(インサートフレーム)キャビネット、セパレーションキャビネット、オフィス装飾及びオフィス家具、台所及び浴室用キャビネットの扉、カウンター及びベンチ、壁コーティング、柱コーティング、天井コーティング、病院、研究室備品、学校用家具、白/黒板、並びに案内板などのコーティングが塗布される全ての材料における、請求項1に記載の表面コーティング材料の使用。
