前記下部部材に取り付けられる上部部材であって、前記上部部材及び下部部材のうちの少なくとも1つが、泡沫を前記スラリーに導入するための注入ポートの挿入に適応するための、少なくとも1つの開口部を有する、上部部材と、
前記泡沫とスラリーとを混合するように構成され、前記下部部材及び前記上部部材の内面によって画定される、空洞と、
を備える、石膏スラリーミキサーの吐出しゲート。

前記空洞に挿入され、入口側及び出口側を有し、また、前記空洞の容積を低減させるように構成される、ゲート充填剤ブロックを更に含む、付記1に記載の吐出しゲート。

前記ゲート充填剤ブロックの前記入口側が、傾斜ランプを有する、付記2に記載の吐出しゲート。
[付記4]
前記傾斜ランプが、前記吐出しゲートの前記入口開口部の輪郭に連続的に続く、付記3に記載の吐出しゲート。

前記注入ポートが、広がった出口端部を有する、付記1に記載の吐出しゲート。

石膏壁板スラリーミキサーの吐出しゲートであって、
前記スラリーを受容するように構成される入口開口部及び前記スラリーを送達するように構成される出口開口部を有する、下部部材と、
前記下部部材に取り付けられる、上部部材と、を備え、
前記上部部材及び下部部材のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記泡沫を前記スラリーに導入するための注入ポートの挿入に適応するための、少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、前記注入ポートが、前記吐出しゲートを通るスラリーの流れの方向に対して略垂直に配向され、また、
前記吐出しゲートにおいて前記泡沫とスラリーとを混合するように構築及び配設され、前記下部部材及び前記上部部材の内面によって画定される、空洞と、
前記空洞の中へ挿入される、入口側及び出口側を有するゲート充填剤ブロックであって、前記入口側が、前記吐出しゲートの前記入口開口部の輪郭に沿って連続的に続く、傾斜ランプを有する、ゲート充填剤ブロックと、
を備える、石膏壁板スラリーミキサーの吐出しゲート。
Claims (4)
- 外周壁を有する筐体を持つ石膏スラリーミキサーの吐出しゲートであって、
スラリーを受容するように構成される入口開口部及び前記スラリーを分配デバイスに送達するように構成される出口開口部を有し、且つ、前記入口開口部が全体的に前記筐体の前記外周壁の輪郭またはプロファイルに続く、下部部材と、
前記下部部材に取り付けられる上部部材であって、前記上部部材及び下部部材のうちの少なくとも1つが、泡沫を前記スラリーに導入するための注入ポートの挿入に適応するように構成及び配置されている少なくとも1つの開口部を有する、上部部材と、
前記泡沫とスラリーとを混合するように構成され、前記下部部材及び前記上部部材の内面によって画定される、空洞と、
前記空洞に挿入され、且つ、出口側及び前記入口開口部内に配置される入口側を有し、且つ、前記空洞の容積を低減させるように構成される、ゲート充填剤ブロックと、
を備え、
前記ゲート充填剤ブロックの前記入口側が、傾斜ランプを有し、
前記傾斜ランプが、前記吐出しゲートの前記入口開口部の輪郭に連続的に続く、石膏スラリーミキサーの吐出しゲート。 - 前記注入ポートが、広がった出口端部を有し、前記広がった出口端部は、前記上部部材に係合する、請求項1に記載の吐出しゲート。
- 前記注入ポートが、前記吐出しゲートを通るスラリーの流れの方向に対して略垂直に配向される、請求項1に記載の吐出しゲート。
- 外周壁を有する筐体を持つ石膏スラリーミキサーの吐出しゲートであって、
スラリーを受容するように構成される入口開口部及び前記スラリーを分配デバイスに送達するように構成される出口開口部を有し、且つ、前記入口開口部が全体的に前記筐体の前記外周壁の輪郭またはプロファイルに続く、下部部材と、
前記下部部材に取り付けられる上部部材であって、前記上部部材及び下部部材のうちの少なくとも1つが、泡沫を前記スラリーに導入するための注入ポートの挿入に適応するように構成及び配置されている少なくとも1つの開口部を有する、上部部材と、
前記泡沫とスラリーとを混合するように構成され、前記下部部材及び前記上部部材の内面によって画定される、空洞と、
前記空洞に挿入され、且つ、出口側及び前記入口開口部内に配置される入口側を有し、且つ、前記空洞の容積を低減させるように構成される、ゲート充填剤ブロックと、
を備え、
前記ゲート充填剤ブロックは、前記上部部材及び前記下部部材の少なくとも1つの内面を実質的に覆うように構成される、石膏スラリーミキサーの吐出しゲート。
