Description
本発明は、医療デバイスの分野に適用され、医療用流体を輸液するためのデバイスに関する。
本発明の目的は、公知技術を参照して上述した欠点を克服することである。
添付の図を参照することにより、例えば静脈内経路、筋肉内経路、皮下経路等を含む人体内への医療用流体の投与を可能にするために好適であるが排他的でない、本発明による流体の輸液のためのデバイスの構成を示す。
Claims (9)
- 流体を輸液するためのデバイス(1)であって、
投与される流体のための内部リザーバ(2)であって、前記内部リザーバ内に存在する流体の量に応じて前記内部リザーバの体積を変化させるために、第1の可撓性基材で作製されており、
前記第1の可撓性基材は、非エラストマー熱可塑性材料であり、
前記流体を投与するための輸液ラインに流体的に接続可能である、内部リザーバ(2)と、
前記内部リザーバ(2)を収容している外部ケーシング(4)と、を含み、
前記外部ケーシング(4)は、少なくとも側壁(5)を含み、前記側壁(5)は、エラストマーの第2の弾性基材で作製されており、前記第2の弾性基材は、前記内部リザーバ(2)の前記体積に応じて前記外部ケーシング(4)の幾何学的形状及び内部体積を変化させるために、前記外部ケーシング(4)を弾性的に変形可能にするのに適しており、
前記外部ケーシング(4)の前記側壁(5)は、前記内部リザーバ(2)を取り囲むために実質的に環状の形状を有し、剛性又は半剛性の第3の基材で作製された前壁(6、7)の対によって上部及び底部が閉じられており、
前記流体の充填が前記内部リザーバ(2)の体積の増加を生じさせ、更に前記外部ケーシング(4)の体積の増加を生じさせ、
流体投与後、前記外部ケーシング(4)の体積が減少し、これに伴って前記デバイス(1)の体積が、供給された流体の体積に応じて減少する構成を有するデバイス(1)。 - 前記前壁(6、7)は、前記側壁(5)のための各接合部接続用手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記前壁(6、7)は、前記側壁(5)の各縁部(10、11)の挿入及び前記各縁部(10、11)との相互結合のための各周囲座部(8、9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記内部リザーバ(2)の前記第1の可撓性基材は、シリコーン材料を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記内部リザーバ(2)の前記第1の可撓性基材は、以下のポリマー:ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、高分子密度ポリエチレン(PEHD)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、フタレートフリーのポリ塩化ビニル(PVC DHEP FREE)、超高密度ポリエチレン(PEUHD)、ポリスチレン(PS)の少なくとも1つを含む材料の群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記内部リザーバ(2)は、前記リザーバ(2)内への前記流体の導入及び外部における前記流体の投与の両方を可能にするために、輸液ラインと選択的に流体連通されるように適合された開口部(3)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記前壁(6、7)の各1つは、凹部(12、13)を有し、前記凹部(12、13)は、互いに鏡対称であり、前記開口部(3)に実装されており、且つ前記デバイス(1)の最小全体寸法の構成において、前記開口部(3)が、前記凹部(12、13)によって画定される隔室内において取り囲まれるように構成されている、請求項6に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 全体的に多面体、平行六面体又は箱状構成を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記内部リザーバ(2)は、それらの間で独立しており、同一の輸液ラインに接続された2つ以上の区画に分けられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
