Claims (16)

前記ショックに対する前記患者の身体の両側の反応に関する測定データを前記メモリ(1b)に記憶できるように、前記メモリ(1b)に通信可能に接続できる複数のセンサ(3a−3d)と、
を備えており、
前記複数のセンサ(3a−3d)は、前記患者への前記複数のセンサの配置を容易にするために前記患者の頭部に装着可能なヘッドギアに含められており、
前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、前記測定データを利用することにより、前記身体の両側が呈すると測定された前記ショックへの応答について振幅を特定する波形及び曲線の少なくとも一方を生成し、前記身体の左側についての振幅と前記身体の右側についての振幅との間で、予め選択された閾値と同じ又はこれを超える差分を判定するために振幅どうしを比較し、前記身体の左側についての振幅と前記身体の右側についての振幅との間の差分が前記予め選択された閾値と同じ又はこれを超えることを示す振幅の比較の結果に応答して、神経学的状態の検出を特定するための通知を生成するように構成されており、
前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、救急運搬手段(9)内に配置可能であり、
前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、前記身体の右側に配置されたセンサからの測定データの遅延と、前記身体の左側に配置されたセンサからの測定データの遅延とを比較して、前記複数の誘発電極(5a,5b)及び/又は前記複数のセンサ(3a−3d)の少なくとも1つが不正確に配置されているか否かを判定するように構成されており、
前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、前記身体の右側に配置されたセンサからの測定データの遅延と前記身体の左側に配置されたセンサからの測定データの遅延との比較に基づいて、前記複数の誘発電極(5a,5b)及び/又は前記複数のセンサ(3a−3d)が前記患者に不正確に配置されており調整が必要であることを示す出力を生成するように構成されている、神経学的状態検出ユニット。 - 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは救急運搬手段(9)内に配置されており、前記複数の誘発電極(5a,5b)は、前記身体の両側に接着取り付けされるように構成されたパッド(17)上にあり、
前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、
前記プロセッサ(1a)及び前記メモリ(1b)を前記複数のセンサ(3a−3d)に通信可能に接続するように構成された無線トランシーバユニット(1c,1f)と、
前記複数の誘発電極(5a,5b)を介して前記身体に電流を伝送できるように前記複数の誘発電極(5a,5b)に接続された電源(8)と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。 - 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、前記複数の誘発電極(5a、5b)が前記患者に不正確に配置されており調整が必要であることを示す出力を生成するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。
- 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、前記身体の左側についての振幅と前記身体の右側についての振幅との間の差分が前記予め選択された閾値と同じ又はこれを超えることを示す振幅の比較の結果からの神経学的状態の検出に応答して検出された卒中状態を治療する設備が揃った病院の特定を容易にするように構成されており、
前記救急運搬手段を、卒中状態を治療する設備が揃った特定の病院に経路指定可能である、請求項1に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。 - 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは更に、前記患者について心電図感知及び記録を提供するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。

- 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、前記神経学的状態検出ユニットの位置と、病院の位置とを特定するように構成されており、
前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、他の最寄りの病院と比較して、神経学的状態の検出に応答して検出された卒中状態を治療する最も適切な設備が揃った病院の特定を容易にするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。 - 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、卒中状態を治療する最も適切な設備が揃っていると判定された病院に前記救急運搬手段を経路指定するために、卒中状態を治療する最も適切な設備が揃った病院を特定する警告を生成するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。
- 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、位置情報サービス(11)と通信して、前記神経学的状態検出ユニットの位置及び/又は病院の位置を特定するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。
- 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、卒中状態を最も適切な設備が揃っている病院を特定するために少なくとも1つのデータストアを検索するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。
- 前記神経学的状態検出ユニットは、前記測定データを病院通信装置(13)に送信して、前記患者が前記病院通信装置(13)の病院に搬送されたときに前記患者への治療提供を容易にするように構成されている、請求項12に記載の神経学的状態検出ユニット。

前記複数のセンサ(3a−3d)及び前記複数の誘発電極(5a,5b)が、前記メモリ(1b)に格納する前記測定データを取得することと、
前記神経学的状態検出ユニットにおいて、前記測定データに基づいて、振幅を特定する波形及び曲線の少なくとも1つを生成し、前記振幅を比較して、前記身体の左側についての振幅と前記身体の右側についての振幅との間の差分が前記予め選択された閾値と同じ又はこれを超えることを判定することと、
前記神経学的状態検出ユニットにおいて、前記身体の左側についての振幅と前記身体の右側についての振幅との間の差分が前記予め選択された閾値と同じ又はこれを超えることを示す振幅の比較の結果に応答して、神経学的状態の検出を特定するための通知を生成することと、
を含む、神経学的状態を検出する方法。
