Claims (12)
- エネルギー源によって固化することができる造形材料(3、14)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する少なくとも1つの装置(1)を動作させる方法であって、前記装置(1)は、造形材料(3、14)を受け取るように適合された少なくとも1つの造形材料容器(4、8)を備える、方法において、前記少なくとも1つの造形材料容器(4、8)内に受け取られた前記造形材料(3、14)の少なくとも一部が使用された造形プロセスの数が判定され、
前記少なくとも1つの造形材料容器(4、8)内に受け取られた前記造形材料(3、14)の少なくとも一部に対して実行された、前記少なくとも1つの造形材料容器(4、8)内に受け取られた前記造形材料(3、14)の中から、所定粒子サイズより大きい粒子サイズを有する造形材料を分離するプロセスであるふるい分けプロセスの数が判定されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記ふるい分けプロセスは、前記少なくとも1つの造形材料容器(4、8)内に受け取られた前記造形材料(3、14)の中から、少なくとも部分的に固化されている造形材料を分離するプロセスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 実行された前記造形プロセスの数及び/又は前記ふるい分けプロセスの数に応じて、規定数の造形プロセス及び/又はふるい分けプロセスを受けた少なくとも1つの規定量の造形材料(3、14)、特に新しい造形材料(3、14)が、前記造形材料容器(4、8)内に受け取られた前記造形材料(3、14)に加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記造形材料容器(4、8)内に受け取られた前記造形材料(3、14)が構成する、異なる数の造形プロセス及び/又はふるい分けプロセスを受けた造形材料(3、14)の比が判定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記造形プロセスの数及び/又は前記ふるい分けプロセスの数に応じて、前記造形材料(3、14)は、異なる処理ステップで再利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの造形材料容器(4、8)内に受け取られた前記造形材料(3、14)の前記造形プロセスの数及び/又は前記ふるい分けプロセスの数に関する少なくとも1つのパラメータ、特に色及び/又は粒径及び/又は粒径分布及び/又は前記ふるい分けプロセスで使用される少なくとも1つのメッシュのメッシュサイズが判定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記造形プロセスの数及び/若しくは前記ふるい分けプロセスの数並びに/又は前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、前記造形材料容器(4、8)に接続された情報記憶部(10)を介して記憶され、前記情報記憶部(10)に記憶又は接続された情報は、(特にデータ記憶部、好ましくはハードドライブを介して)直接、又は(特に前記造形材料容器(4、8)に取り付けられたバーコード及び/若しくはQRコード及び/若しくはRFID及び/若しくはNFCを介して)間接的に、前記情報記憶部(10)から読み取ることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記造形プロセスの数及び/又は前記ふるい分けプロセスの数は、対応するプロセスが完了した後に更新されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

- エネルギー源によって固化することができる造形材料(3、14)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)であって、造形材料(3、14)を受け取るように適合された少なくとも1つの造形材料容器(4、8)を備える装置において、請求項9又は10に記載の少なくとも1つの判定ユニット(16)を特徴とする装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの造形材料容器(4、8)が、供給モジュール(5)及び/又は造形モジュール(6)及び/又は溢流モジュール(7)及び/又は取扱いステーション(11)及び/又はふるい分けユニット(12)及び/又は混合ユニット(15)として構築され、又はその中に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
