Claims (2)
- 低炭素鋼フープ材と充填剤とからなる、下方吸引式焼結機のスプロケット用硬化肉盛溶接複合ワイヤにおいて、
上記複合ワイヤが質量%で、
C:1.0〜2.5質量%
Ti:3.0〜8.0質量%
Cr:3.0〜8.0質量%
Mo:0.5〜3.0質量%
Ni:0.5〜5.0質量%を含有し、
さらに、
V:0.1〜1.0質量%
Nb:0.4〜2.0質量%のいずれか1種または2種を含有し、
残部がFeと、Si:0.3〜1.0質量%およびMn:0.5〜1.5質量%の脱酸剤と、不可避的不純物とからなる
ことを特徴とする焼結機のスプロケット用硬化肉盛溶接複合ワイヤ。 - 焼結鉱を製造する下方吸引式焼結機のスプロケットであって、
スプロケットの歯に硬化肉盛溶接複合ワイヤが肉盛溶接されており、
前記硬化肉盛溶接複合ワイヤが質量%で、
C:1.0〜2.5質量%
Ti:3.0〜8.0質量%
Cr:3.0〜8.0質量%
Mo:0.5〜3.0質量%
Ni:0.5〜5.0質量%を含有し、
さらに、
V:0.1〜1.0質量%
Nb:0.4〜2.0質量%のいずれか1種または2種を含有し、
残部がFeと、Si:0.3〜1.0質量%およびMn:0.5〜1.5質量%の脱酸剤と、不可避的不純物とからなる
ことを特徴とするスプロケット。
