Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning method for washing a cleaning target with water.
Cleaning methods that are commercially performed include water washing (also called laundry and wet cleaning) and dry cleaning in which an organic solvent is used instead of water. Dry cleaning is less likely to cause shrinkage and wrinkles on the object to be cleaned, but has the drawback that it causes skin problems due to the solvent remaining on the object to be cleaned, produces an unpleasant odor from the object to be cleaned, and it is difficult to remove water-soluble stains. is there. Washing with water has a drawback in that the object to be cleaned (particularly, when the object to be cleaned is made of a natural material such as cotton, wool, silk, or hemp) is likely to shrink, lose its shape, and change in texture.

However, when the object to be cleaned of the natural material is washed with water, there is a problem that it is difficult to suppress the occurrence of quality deterioration such as shrinkage, change in texture, and color transfer even if the methods of

According to the present invention, the cleaning target is pretreated with the stain remover before the cleaning step, so that stains (dirt) on the cleaning target can be sufficiently removed. Further, the pretreatment with the stain remover can shorten the time of the subsequent washing step. As a result, the load on the cleaning target in the cleaning process can be reduced, and the quality of the cleaning target can be prevented from deteriorating. Further, in the present invention, since each step after the cleaning step is performed in a state in which the entire cleaning target is wrapped with cloth, it is possible to prevent another color from being transferred to the cleaning target. In addition, since it is possible to avoid direct contact between the inner wall of the washing tub and the cleaning target, it is possible to prevent the cleaning target from being damaged or entangled.
Further, in the present invention, since the quality protection agent is added in both the cleaning step and the rinsing step, it is possible to further suppress the deterioration of the quality of the cleaning target. Further, in the present invention, since the intermediate dehydration step is performed between the cleaning step and the rinsing step, in the intermediate dehydration step, the detergent and dirt remaining on the cleaning target can be removed to some extent together with water. As a result, the detergent and dirt remaining on the cleaning target can be sufficiently removed in the subsequent rinsing step. In addition, by removing the detergent and dirt remaining on the cleaning target to some extent before the rinsing step, it is possible to shorten the time of the subsequent rinsing step. As a result, the load on the cleaning target in the rinsing step can be reduced, and deterioration of the quality of the cleaning target can be suppressed.
The present invention may include a partial protection step of partially covering the cleaning target with a cloth before the overall protection step. According to this, it is possible to further protect the portion covered with the cloth, and it is possible to further suppress the quality deterioration such that another color is transferred to the portion.
In the present invention, both the cloth used in the overall protection step and the cloth used in the partial protection step may be cotton cloth. Cotton cloth has the property of being easily dyed in color. By protecting the cleaning target with a cotton cloth, the dye can be blocked by the cotton cloth, and the color transfer to the cleaning target can be further suppressed. Further, since the cotton cloth allows water to pass through well, it is possible to sufficiently remove the dirt attached to the cleaning target by the water.
The present invention may include a net protecting step of wrapping the cleaning target wrapped with the cloth with a net after the whole protecting step and before the cleaning step. According to this, since the cleaning target is wrapped with both the cloth and the net, it is possible to further prevent the cleaning target from being damaged or entangled.
In the present invention, in the washing step, as the quality protective agent, a first detergent having a shrink-proof or wrinkle-preventing effect, a second detergent having a texture-protecting effect, and a color-transfer prevention or color-fading prevention effect are provided. A third detergent may be added, and in the rinsing step, the first detergent and the second detergent may be added. As a result, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of quality deterioration such as shrinkage, wrinkles, change in texture, color transfer, and color loss on the cleaning target.

Specific examples of the detergent that satisfies this component include Sofsil (registered trademark), which is a shrink-proof and anti-wrinkle agent manufactured by Nichika Chemical Co., Ltd.
Further, the second detergent may be a detergent containing silicone, poly(oxyethylene)=alkyl=ether (C=12-15), a cationic surfactant, an organic acid, a glycol solvent and water. Specific examples of the detergent that satisfies this component include Famiton (registered trademark) DX-10, which is a wet finishing agent manufactured by Nichika Chemical Co., Ltd. Famiton (registered trademark) DX-10 is a detergent for giving a soft feeling to a cleaning target.
Also, the third detergent may be alum or citric acid. Alum is potassium aluminum sulphate.
The present inventor uses the first detergent, the second detergent, and the third detergent that satisfy the above-mentioned components, respectively, so that quality deterioration such as shrinkage, wrinkles, change in texture, color transfer, and color loss occurs in the cleaning target. It has been confirmed that the
In the present invention, the stain remover may be an oxygen-based bleaching agent. As a result, stains on the cleaning target can be effectively removed.
In the cleaning step of the present invention, the quality protection agent may be added to the washing tub before water is added to the washing tub. According to this, the quality protection agent can be made to fit into the cleaning target before water is added in the cleaning step. As a result, the quality protection agent can be easily applied to the cleaning target, and the deterioration of the quality of the cleaning target can be further suppressed.
In the present invention, each time of each of the washing step, the intermediate dehydration step, and the rinsing step may be 30 seconds or more and less than 3 minutes, and the final dehydration step may be 30 seconds or more and less than 4 minutes. In this way, by setting the time of each step to less than 3 minutes (for the cleaning step, intermediate dehydration step, and rinse step) or less than 4 minutes (for the final dehydration step), the load on the cleaning target in each step is reduced. The size can be reduced, and the quality deterioration of the cleaning target can be further suppressed. In addition, the laundry to be cleaned can be completed in a short time. Further, by setting the time of each step to 30 seconds or more, it is possible to prevent the effects of each step, that is, the cleaning effect, the rinsing effect, and the dehydration effect from being insufficient.
In the washing step and the rinsing step in the present invention, the washing tub is rotated in the forward direction at a speed of 25 rpm or more and 40 rpm or less, then stopped for a predetermined time, and then rotated in the reverse direction at a speed of 25 rpm or more and 40 rpm or less. Repeat the operation,
In the intermediate dehydration step, the maximum rotation speed of the washing tub is 200 rpm or more and 600 rpm or less,
In the final dehydration step, the maximum rotation speed of the washing tub may be 400 rpm or more and 600 rpm or less. In addition, rpm is an abbreviation for revolutions per minute.
By setting the rotation speed of the washing tub to 40 rpm or less in the cleaning process and the rinsing process, it is possible to prevent the cleaning target from being damaged or entangled during the cleaning process or the rinsing process. Further, by setting the rotation speed of the washing tub to 25 rpm or more, the cleaning effect and the rinsing effect can be obtained in a short time. Since the cleaning process and the rinsing process can be performed in a short time, it is possible to suppress the deterioration of the quality of the cleaning target. Further, in the washing process and the rinsing process, the washing effect and the rinsing effect can be effectively obtained while the rotation speed of the washing tub is suppressed by repeating the forward and reverse rotations of the washing tub. In addition, by setting a stop period between the forward rotation and the reverse rotation, it is possible to prevent the cleaning target from swaying in a washing tub in a random manner, and thus to prevent the cleaning target from being damaged or entangled. Can be suppressed.
Further, by setting the rotation speed of the washing tub in the intermediate dehydration step and the final dehydration step to 600 rpm or less, it is possible to prevent the cleaning target from being damaged or entangled during the dehydration. Further, by setting the rotation speed in the intermediate dehydration step to 200 rpm or more, the detergent and dirt attached to the cleaning target can be removed to some extent together with water, and the intermediate dehydration step time can be shortened. Moreover, a sufficient dehydration effect can be obtained by setting the rotation speed in the final dehydration step to 400 rpm or more. As a result, it is possible to prevent water from dripping from the cleaning target during drying after the final dehydration step, and to prevent the color from falling with water.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a flowchart of the cleaning method of this embodiment. The cleaning method of FIG. 1 may be carried out commercially by a cleaner, or may be carried out in each home. In the method of FIG. 1, first, one or more targets (cleaning targets) to be cleaned (washed) are prepared (S1). The cleaning target to be prepared is, for example, cotton, wool, silk, leather, clothing or the like formed of a natural material such as hemp, in other words, animal-derived fibers or leather or plant-derived fibers in at least a part thereof. Included clothing, etc. When preparing a plurality of cleaning targets, cleaning targets of similar materials or coloring may be prepared, or cleaning targets of different materials or coloring may be prepared.
Next, each cleaning target prepared in step S1 is pretreated with a stain remover (S2). The stain remover is, for example, an oxygen-based bleaching agent. By treating with an oxygen-based bleaching agent, stains (for example, oil-based stains) attached to the cleaning target can be effectively removed. Further, since the oxygen-based bleaching agent has a slower bleaching action than the chlorine-based bleaching agent, it is possible to prevent the cleaning target from being damaged by the action of the bleaching agent, and to suppress the decomposition of the cleaning target dye. .. Examples of the oxygen-based bleaching agent include "Wide Heighter (registered trademark)" manufactured by Kao Corporation. Wide Hyter (registered trademark) is water (process agent), polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (surfactant), hydrogen peroxide (oxygen-based) (bleaching agent), alkyl ammonium salt (surfactant), etidronate ( It is a detergent containing (metal sequestering agent), etidronic acid (metal sequestering agent), silicone (foam conditioner), and fragrance (fragrance). Wide Hyter (registered trademark) is an acidic bleaching agent (in other words, an oxidizing bleaching agent).
Specifically, step S2 is performed as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, first, a cotton cloth 2 (in other words, sheets) is prepared, and the
Next, the cleaning target 1 (see FIG. 2) is placed on the
Next, during or after the pretreatment with the oxygen-based bleaching agent, a portion of the
Next, the
In addition, in step S4, when there are a plurality of cleaning targets, it is preferable to wrap each cleaning target with one
Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
Then, if a fastener is provided at the
It is preferable to put one
Next, the
Then, the
The
The
The
The setting
The
In the washing by the
Further, as the rotation mode of the
Further, as the first time and the third time, for example, a time of 1 second or more and 10 seconds or less may be set. If it is less than 1 second, the degree of swinging of the cleaning target in the
Further, it is preferable to set a time of, for example, 1 second to 10 seconds as the second time. If it is less than 1 second, the cleaning target may move around in the washing tub in a random manner, and the cleaning target may be damaged or entangled. If it is longer than 10 seconds, the number of times the cleaning target swings in the
Next, as a condition in the intermediate dehydration step of step S11, it is set that the water in the
Next, as the conditions in the rinsing process of step S12, the rinsing process time, the amount of water to be poured into the
It is preferable that the amount of water in the rinsing step is a medium water level (40% to 70% of the highest water level) with respect to the highest water level of the
Further, as the rotation mode of the
Further, it is preferable to set a time of, for example, 1 second or more and 10 seconds or less as the fourth time and the sixth time. If it is less than 1 second, the degree of rocking of the cleaning target in the
Further, it is preferable to set a time of, for example, 1 second to 10 seconds as the fifth time. If it is less than 1 second, the cleaning target may move around in the
The rotation mode of the
Next, as conditions in the final dehydration step of step S13, it is set that the water in the
The rotation speed of the
Further, it is preferable to set a time of 30 seconds or more and less than 4 minutes (for example, 2 minutes) as the time of the final dehydration step. If it is less than 30 seconds, the dehydration effect is small. If it is 4 minutes or more, the cleaning target may be damaged or entangled due to a long time load being applied to the cleaning target. The time of the final dehydration step may be longer than the time of the intermediate dehydration step. According to this, the amount of water remaining on the cleaning target after the final dehydration step can be reduced.
As the final dewatering step, first, preliminary dewatering in which the rotation speed of the
In addition, after the final dehydration process, the
Next, the timing of switching the state of the
Note that steps S21 to S25 in FIG. 7 may be performed in any order. Further, the water temperature in the cleaning process of step S10 and the rinsing process of step S12 may be room temperature. Step S7 may be performed at any timing before the cleaning step of step S10 is started.
Table 1 shows the conditions set in steps S21 to S25 of FIG.
Returning to FIG. 1, after setting various conditions in step S7, next, the lid of the
Next, the detergent used in the washing step of step S10 and the rinsing step of step S12 is set in the washing machine 10 (S9). Specifically, for example, the detergent is set in the
The washing detergent is a detergent containing a surfactant as a main component, and specifically, for example, liquid soap is put into the
In addition, as a quality protection agent, specifically, Sofcil (registered trademark) manufactured by Nika Kagaku Co., Ltd. as a first detergent having a shrink-proof or wrinkle-proof effect, and a second detergent having a texture-protecting effect such as touch. Famiton (registered trademark) DX-10 (hereinafter simply referred to as "Famiton (registered trademark)") manufactured by Nichika Chemical Co., Ltd. and alum or citric acid as a third detergent having an effect of preventing color transfer or fading.
The amount of the washing detergent and each quality protection agent to be added can be appropriately determined according to the weight of the
Next, the detergent for use in the rinsing step of step S12 is set in the washing machine 10 (S32). Specifically, the above-mentioned Sofsil (registered trademark) and Famiton (registered trademark) are put in the
The amount of Sofcil (registered trademark) set in step S31 may be 80% to 120% of the amount of Sofcil (registered trademark) set in step S32. The amount of Famiton (registered trademark) set in step S31 may be 80% to 120% of the amount of Famiton (registered trademark) set in step S32.
Returning to FIG. 1, next, the user closes the lid of the
When the cleaning process is completed, next, intermediate dehydration is performed on the
When the intermediate dewatering process is completed, next, a rinsing process is performed to wash away the detergent and dirt remaining on the
When the rinsing step is completed, the final dehydration is performed on the
When the final dehydration process is completed, the
After the drying process, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, by performing the washing according to the procedure of FIG. 1, it is possible to wash with water while suppressing the quality deterioration of the
In addition, a part of the
In general, Sofsil (registered trademark) and Famiton (registered trademark) are used in the finishing step after the rinsing step in wet cleaning of clothing such as chemical fiber. (Trademark) and Famiton (registered trademark) are put into the
Further, since the process of pouring water into the
Further, since the intermediate dehydration process is performed between the cleaning process and the rinsing process, it is possible to remove the detergent and dirt remaining on the
