Claims (7)
- 回転軸線を中心に回転する円環状のロータと、
前記ロータの内周面に沿って設けられ、複数層が積層されることにより内部に液体試料の流路が形成されるとともに、前記流路への液体試料の流入口及び前記流路からの液体試料の流出口が形成された円弧状の流路部材と、
前記ロータを回転させることにより、前記流路内における液体試料中の粒子を遠心力によって分級させる回転駆動部と、
前記流路部材が積層方向に圧縮されて変形したときに、前記流路が一定の高さ以下に圧縮されるのを規制する規制部とを備え、
前記複数層には、前記ロータ側に設けられた外面層と、前記回転軸線側に設けられた内面層と、前記外面層及び前記内面層の間に設けられ、前記流路が形成された中間層とが含まれており、
前記規制部は、前記外面層、前記内面層及び前記中間層とは別に設けられていることを特徴とする遠心式流動場分画装置。 - 前記規制部は、前記外面層及び前記内面層の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式流動場分画装置。
- 前記規制部は、前記中間層の外周を取り囲んだ状態で前記外面層及び前記内面層の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心式流動場分画装置。
- 前記規制部を前記中間層に対して位置決めする位置決め部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心式流動場分画装置。
- 前記複数層には、前記ロータ側に設けられた外面層と、前記回転軸線側に設けられた内面層とが含まれており、
前記規制部は、前記外面層又は前記内面層の少なくとも一方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式流動場分画装置。 - 前記流路部材を積層方向に圧縮する圧縮部をさらに備え、
前記規制部は、前記圧縮部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式流動場分画装置。 - 前記規制部は、前記流路部材が積層方向に圧縮されたときの圧力をσとして、当該σが、前記流路内の液体試料の圧力である下限値σ1よりも大きく、前記流路内の液体試料からの圧力が作用しないときに、前記規制部を所定の縮み量だけ縮めるのに必要な圧力である上限値σ2よりも小さい値となるような材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式流動場分画装置。
