Description
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can uniformly impregnate a sponge placed in the container with the cosmetic material without soiling the container, and increase the amount of the cosmetic material as much as possible. The present invention relates to a sponge foundation manufacturing apparatus and a sponge foundation manufacturing method capable of efficiently mass-producing high quality sponge foundations.
Conventional general foundations are often manufactured by dispersing and mixing a small amount of oils and fats in a cosmetic powder, and filling the powder cosmetic in a container such as an aluminum dish or a resin dish and solidifying.
In such foundations, many solid powder cosmetics are solidified under pressure, and when actually applied to the skin surface using a sponge puff or the like, it is difficult to apply them uniformly to the skin surface and there are many powder components. Therefore, there is a problem in the moisturizing property (a feeling of smoothness on the coated surface), and there is a problem that a user who is vulnerable to sebum, sweat, etc., dulls the entire coated surface after a lapse of time after coating.
On the other hand, in the case of liquid foundation, it is possible to use a wide range of formulations such as dispersion type liquid, emulsion type liquid, gel type liquid foundation, etc., compared to solid powder cosmetics, improvement in moisturizing property, nobi during application, uniform It has excellent properties and has the advantage that the degree of freedom in prescription, feeling of use, and usability are greatly improved.
By the way, in the case of foundations having a structure in which a sponge is placed in a container and the sponge is impregnated with a cosmetic material, it is particularly difficult to uniformly impregnate the sponge in the container with the cosmetic material.
For example, if the sponge is installed in the container, the specified amount of cosmetic material is filled from the top surface of the sponge in single or multiple points, and the cosmetic material is pushed into the sponge from above while adjusting the speed with the cylindrical member. Will not be impregnated and will stick out from the outer periphery of the upper surface of the sponge, which causes a problem that the container does not become a dirty product.
There is also a means for filling a cosmetic material by providing a plurality of nozzles such as injection burrs when filling the cosmetic material, and inserting the nozzle into the pants to fill the cosmetic material, but in this case, the entire sponge cannot be impregnated with the cosmetic material. However, it is still difficult to commercialize.
Furthermore, it is also possible to remove the sponge fixing ring and sponge provided on the container, fill a specified amount of cosmetic material, then insert the sponge and push it in from the top while adjusting the speed with a cylindrical member, but the sponge can also be used. The cosmetic material is not sufficiently impregnated and the cosmetic material protrudes from the outer peripheral portion of the sponge, and even in this case, it is impossible to commercialize it.
In addition to this, conventionally, there have been the following problems.
That is, depending on the material of the sponge (elastic body) in the sponge foundation product, it is essential to uniformly impregnate the decorative material, but the material of the sponge to be used is that of hydrophilic (polyether) material. Lipophilic (NBR type) materials are generally used.
Depending on the formulation of the cosmetic material to be filled, hydrophilic (polyether-based) sponge has a very good impregnation speed and condition in the process of impregnating the cosmetic material, whereas lipophilic ( The NBR type sponge has a poor impregnation speed and state in the impregnation step, and there is a portion that is not impregnated, and there is a problem that the cosmetic material overflows when the filling amount in the upper part of the sponge is increased.
In addition, in sponge foundation products, it is required to increase the total primary and secondary filling amount of the cosmetic material as much as possible. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the amount of the cosmetic material to be impregnated in the sponge (elastic body) by the primary filling. There was also a problem that sex occurred.
As described above, with various conventional filling devices and filling methods, it is difficult to impregnate the sponge housed in the container with a uniform amount of the cosmetic material and to impregnate the sponge with the cosmetic material as much as possible. Contains the problem that defective impregnation of the cosmetic material is likely to occur, and it is difficult to mass-produce high-quality sponge foundations.
In
However, in the case of
