Claims (8)
- 4−(3−(4−(1H−イミダゾ[4,5−b]ピリジン−5−イル)ピペラジン−1−カルボニル)−4−フルオロベンジル)フタラジン−1(ジヒドロ)−オンの医薬塩であって、前記塩は、ギ酸塩、酢酸塩、トリフルオロ酢酸塩、メタンスルホン酸塩、エタンスルホン酸塩、ベンゼンスルホン酸塩、パラトルエンスルホン酸塩、安息香酸塩、クエン酸塩、フマル酸塩、リンゴ酸塩、マレイン酸塩、酒石酸塩、乳酸塩、イセチオン酸塩、塩酸塩、臭化水素酸塩、リン酸塩、硫酸塩、シュウ酸塩または硝酸塩である、医薬塩。
- 前記塩は、塩酸塩、メタンスルホン酸塩、パラトルエンスルホン酸塩、ベンゼンスルホン酸塩、イセチオン酸塩である、請求項1に記載の医薬塩。
- 4−(3−(4−(1H−イミダゾ[4,5−b]ピリジン−5−イル)ピペラジン−1−カルボニル)−4−フルオロベンジル)フタラジン−1(ジヒドロ)−オンの塩酸塩またはメタンスルホン酸塩である、請求項1または2に記載の医薬塩。
- 化合物(I)と相応する酸とを酸塩基反応させて得られることを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の4−(3−(4−(1H−イミダゾ[4,5−b]ピリジン−5−イル)ピペラジン−1−カルボニル)−4−フルオロベンジル)フタラジン−1(ジヒドロ)−オンの医薬塩の調製方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医薬塩と、薬学的に許容される担体とを含む、薬物組成物。
- PARP活性を抑制することにより改善できる疾患の治療又は予防のための薬物の調製への、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の4−(3−(4−(1H−イミダゾ[4,5−b]ピリジン−5−イル)ピペラジン−1−カルボニル)−4−フルオロベンジル)フタラジン−1(ジヒドロ)−オンの医薬塩の使用。
- 前記疾患は癌を含む、請求項6に記載の使用。
- 前記癌は、胃癌、膵臓癌、白血病、乳腺癌、卵巣癌、前立腺癌を含む、請求項7に記載の使用。
