Claims (19)
- 前面に洗濯物を投入するための開口部が形成されるキャビネットと、
前記キャビネットの内部で前記キャビネットの前後方向に延長されるタブと、
前記タブの内部に回転可能に収容され、前面に前記キャビネットの開口部と連通する洗濯物投入口が形成されるドラムと、
前記キャビネットの左右方向の振動を吸収するために提供される動吸振器と、を有し、
前記動吸振器は、
両側端部が前記キャビネットの上端に置かれる支持プレートと、
前記支持プレートの上側で前記キャビネットの左右方向に移動可能に置かれて、前記ドラムの第1回転数領域で発生して前記キャビネットに伝達される第1振動を吸収する第1質量体と、
前記第1質量体を支持する第1支持部材と、
前記第1質量体から前記キャビネットの前後方向に離隔する前記支持プレートの上側で前記キャビネットの左右方向に移動可能に置かれて、前記ドラムの第2回転数領域で発生して前記キャビネットに伝達される第2振動を吸収する第2質量体と、
前記第2質量体を支持する第2支持部材と、を有し、
前記第1質量体の質量は、前記第2質量体の質量より大きく、
前記第2振動を吸収するために、前記第2質量体が前記支持プレートに対して相対運動を始める時点が、前記第1振動を吸収するために前記第1質量体が前記支持プレートに対して相対運動を始める時点と異なるように、前記第1支持部材の摩擦係数は、前記第2支持部材の摩擦係数と異なる、ことを特徴とする洗濯物処理装置。 - 前記第1支持部材は、前記第1質量体と前記支持プレートとの間に提供され、前記第1質量体のスライディング移動をガイドするサポータを有し、
前記第2支持部材は、前記第2質量体と前記支持プレートとの間に提供され、前記第2質量体のスライディング移動をガイドするスライダを有する、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。 - 前記第1質量体の運動方向に、前記第1質量体の両側面端部に提供される第1弾性ダンパと、
前記第2質量体の運動方向に、前記第2質量体の両側面端部に提供される第2弾性ダンパと、をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。 - 前記第2質量体が相対運動を始める時点は、前記第1質量体が相対運動を始める時点より先行するように、前記第2回転数領域における前記ドラムの回転数は、前記第1回転数領域における前記ドラムの回転数より小さい、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第1質量体は、前記第2質量体の前方又は後方に配置される、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第1支持部材の摩擦係数は、前記第2支持部材の摩擦係数より小さい、請求項2に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第1振動の周波数は、前記第2振動の周波数より高い、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第2振動の振幅は、前記第1振動の振幅より大きい、請求項7に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第1質量体の質量に対する前記第2質量体の質量比は、40%〜60%の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第1弾性ダンパの硬度は、30〜60の範囲内であり、
前記第2弾性ダンパの硬度は、20〜50の範囲内である、請求項3に記載の洗濯物処理装置。 - 前記第1弾性ダンパは、前記第1質量体の側面及び底面を支持し、
前記第2弾性ダンパは、前記第2質量体の側面を支持する、請求項3に記載の洗濯物処理装置。 - 前記サポータは、前記第1質量体の底面と線接触するローラである、請求項6に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記サポータは、前記第1質量体の底面と点接触するボールベアリングである、請求項6に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記スライダは、
前記第2質量体に装着されるアッパースライダと、
前記支持プレートに装着されるロウアースライダと、を有し、
前記第2質量体が前記支持プレートに置かれた状態で往復運動するとき、前記アッパースライダは、前記ロウアースライダ上で摩擦運動を行う、請求項6に記載の洗濯物処理装置。 - 前記第1質量体の質量比は、4%〜10%の範囲内であり、固有振動数比は、0.8〜1.5の範囲内であり、減衰比は、0%〜20%の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第2質量体の質量比は、2%〜5%の範囲内であり、固有振動数比は、0.5〜1.0の範囲内であり、減衰比は、20%〜50%の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第2質量体の運動区間の一部と前記第1質量体の運動区間の一部とは重なる、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第1質量体と前記第2質量体との運動重複区間が形成されるように、前記第2質量体の運動が停止する前に前記第1質量体の運動が始まる、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
- 前記第1質量体及び第2質量体のそれぞれは、金属材質の単一質量体又は複数の薄型金属が重なって結合された質量体である、請求項1に記載の洗濯物処理装置。
