Description

Claims (16)
- 方法であって、
(a)(i)腔を有する外管;(ii)前記外管の腔内に配置され、調整された数の穴を含む少なくともひとつの内管であって、非水性ヒドラジン溶液からのヒドラジン蒸気を受容する腔を有する、少なくともひとつの内管;および(iii)前記内管を被覆し、前記ヒドラジン溶液からのヒドラジン蒸気に対して透過性であり、前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液から前記内管の腔に受容されたヒドラジン蒸気を少なくとも部分的に分離する管状膜を含む装置の前記内管と前記外管との間の空間内に、非水性ヒドラジン溶液を提供すること、
(b)前記内管の腔にキャリアガスを流すかまたは前記内管の腔を真空にして、ヒドラジンを含有するガス流を形成すること;および
(c)前記工程(b)で形成されたヒドラジン含有ガス流を重要なプロセスまたは用途へ送達すること
を含む、方法。 - 下記パラメータのうちの少なくとも1つを変化させることによって前記ヒドラジン気相の少なくとも1つの成分の濃度を変化させることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法:(a)前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液の温度、(b)該非水性ヒドラジン溶液の圧力、(c)該非水性ヒドラジン溶液の濃度、(d)前記キャリアガスの温度、(e)該キャリアガスまたは真空の圧力、および(f)該キャリアガスの流速。
- 前記膜が、イオン交換膜である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送達前に、前記ヒドラジン含有ガス流から汚染物質を除去することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアガスが、窒素、アルゴン、水素、清浄な乾燥空気、およびヘリウムよりなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液に熱エネルギーを加えることによって前記ヒドラジン気相の少なくとも1つの成分の濃度を変化させることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液が、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリピリジンまたはポリビニルアルコールのオリゴマーよりなる群から選択される溶媒をさらに含み、該ヒドラジン溶液の粘度が35cp以下である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液が、モノグライム、ジグライム、トリグライム、ハイグライム、テトラグライム、ポリグリコールDME200、ポリグリコールDME250、ポリグリコールDME500、ポリグリコールDME1000、ポリグリコールDME2000、ヘキサメチルホスホルアミドおよびヘキサメチレンテトラミンよりなる群から選択される溶媒をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液がPEG化溶媒をさらに含み、該PEG化溶媒が、温度25℃のときに液体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液が、ポリ(エチレングリコール)ジメチルエーテルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液が、25重量%〜69重量%のヒドラジンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液が、65重量%〜69重量%のヒドラジンを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液が、0.1%未満の水を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス流内の送達されるヒドラジン蒸気の偏差が、送達平均濃度の5%以内である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液が、0.01%未満の水を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非水性ヒドラジン溶液が、0.001%未満の水を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
