Claims (5)
- 有機性物質を熱分解する流動床熱分解装置であって、
有機性物質を流動化チャンバー内に供給する原料供給設備と、
前記原料供給設備から有機性物質の供給を受けて熱分解を行うチャンバーであって、内部に流動媒体層を含んでいる流動化チャンバーと、
前記流動化チャンバーに供給されて、流動化チャンバー内の流動媒体層を流動化させるとともに、有機性物質を熱分解させるための熱を供給する流動ガス供給設備と、
有機性物質が熱分解して形成されたチャーを流動化チャンバーの外部に排出するための排出装置と、を含み、
前記原料供給設備は、有機性物質を貯蔵し、これを原料供給シュートに供給する原料供給ホッパーと、前記原料供給ホッパーの下端部と連結され、移送コンベヤーの内部と連結された原料シュートと、前記原料シュートを通して移送された有機性原料物質を流動化チャンバー内へと移送する原料投入コンベヤーとを含み、
前記原料供給設備は、流動化チャンバーの外側面から流動媒体層の内部に引き込まれ、前記原料供給設備の原料出口側末端が流動媒体層内に位置するようにし、
前記流動化チャンバー内における流動媒体層の上面より上方の空間と、原料投入コンベヤーの内部空間とを連結する、圧力調節管をさらに含み、前記圧力調節管には圧力調節バルブが設けられ、
大部分の流動ガスが、原料排出部を通り、原料コンベヤーの内部を経て、さらに圧力調節管を通って、流動化チャンバーにおける上側の空間に移動しうるところ、このような移動を、原料コンベヤーの内部の圧力を調節することにより防止することができるようにしていることを特徴とする、流動床熱分解装置。 - 前記原料供給シュートは原料遮断バルブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動床熱分解装置。
- 前記流動化チャンバーには、少なくとも一つ以上のベンチュリ部が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動床熱分解装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の流動床熱分解装置を使うことを特徴とする、有機性物質の熱分解方法。
- 前記熱分解温度が300〜700℃の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の有機性物質の熱分解方法。
