付加製造された部品(100)を形成するように前記複数の組立式ブロック(106)を互いに接合するように前記各組立式ブロックの前記1つまたは複数の部分の溶解(106)を冷却するステップと
を含み、
前記複数の組立式ブロック(106)のうちの少なくとも1つの組立式ブロック(106)は、第1の材料で構成される基部(108)と、第2の材料で構成される外面(110)とを備え、前記第2の材料は、前記第1の材料の溶融温度よりも低い溶融温度を有する、付加製造方法(200)。 - 成形によって前記複数の組立式ブロック(106)のうちの少なくとも1つの組立式ブロック(106)を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の付加製造方法(200)。
- 前記複数の組立式ブロック(106)のうちの少なくとも1つの組立式ブロック(106)は、金属材料、ポリマー材料、複合材料、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料で構成される、請求項1記載の付加製造方法(200)。
- 前記外面(110)を形成するように前記基部(108)の少なくとも1つの部分(111)にコーティングを配設するステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の付加製造方法(200)。
- 前記各組立式ブロック(106)の前記1つまたは複数の部分を溶解するステップは、前記外面(110)の前記少なくとも1つの部分(111)を溶解することを含む、請求項4記載の付加製造方法(200)。
- 予め定められた形で配置された複数の層(104)を形成するように互いに結合される複数の組立式ブロック(106)を備える付加製造された部品(100)であって、
前記複数の組立式ブロック(106)のうちの少なくとも1つの組立式ブロック(106)は、第1の材料で構成される基部(108)と、第2の材料で構成される外面(110)とを備え、前記第2の材料は、前記第1の材料の溶融温度よりも低い溶融温度を有する、付加製造された部品(100)。 - 前記複数の組立式ブロック(106)は、金属材料、ポリマー材料、複合材料、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料で構成される、請求項6記載の付加製造された部品(100)。
- 前記複数の組立式ブロック(106)のうちの少なくとも1つの組立式ブロック(106)は、単結晶形態、一方向凝固形態、または多結晶形態の少なくとも1つにある前記金属材料で構成される、請求項7記載の付加製造された部品(100)。
