Claims (12)
- 人体組織内の少なくともひとつのパラメータを測定するための測定システムであって、
前記人体組織の光学体積セグメントを測定するための、前記人体組織に適用される少なくともひとつの測定装置と、
光波を照射するための光学ユニットであって、波長が異なる少なくとも4つの光波を照射し、前記少なくとも4つの光波の少なくともひとつの波長は、前記人体組織内の前記少なくともひとつのパラメータの吸収の範囲内にある、ところの光学ユニットと、
前記光学ユニットと前記測定装置との間にあって、波長が異なる前記少なくとも4つの光波を伝達するための少なくともひとつの光学ガイドと、
測定波を解析するための解析ユニットと、
を備え、
前記光学ユニットによって照射された波長が異なる前記少なくとも4つの光波は、前記人体組織内の前記光学体積セグメント内に、前記少なくともひとつの測定装置によって放射され、前記少なくともひとつの測定装置によって前記光学体積セグメントから受信された前記人体組織の前記光学体積セグメントからの前記測定波が、前記解析ユニットへ転送可能であり、
前記解析ユニットは、変換アルゴリズムを有し、
前記変換アルゴリズムは、
前記測定波を処理して前記測定波の形態を判定し、
前記少なくともひとつのパラメータに対して予め測定された前記光波の吸収波長と強度を表す複数の波形と複数の体内圧力との間の対応関係、および前記予め測定された前記波形の各形態に基づいて、前記測定波の形態を前記予め測定された波形の形態に外挿することにより、体内圧力を抽出し、
前記測定波の形態の違いに基づいて、抽出された前記体内圧力の変化を同定する
ことを特徴とする測定システム。 - 前記少なくともひとつのパラメータは、酸素化ヘモグロビンの濃度、非酸素化ヘモグロビンの濃度、および/または、ヘモグロビン全体の濃度である、請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記人体組織は、脳内の光学体積セグメント内の組織であり、前記体内圧力は、前記脳内の頭蓋内圧力である、請求項1または2に記載の測定システム。

- 複数の照射された光波および複数の受信された測定波は、前記少なくともひとつの測定装置で同時に使用される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記少なくともひとつの測定装置は、非侵襲測定装置として与えられる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記解析ユニット内で実行されるのは、線形方程式系によって、組織液体積、血液の濃度、および/または、人体組織の濃度を同定する、数値解析法である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記人体組織の血液流内に染料を導入するためのマーカー装置をさらに備え、前記測定システムは、前記血液流内の染料濃度を決定するためのモードを有する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の測定システム。
