Claims (8)
- 射出デバイスへと間欠的に材料を配分する、アキュムレーターへと連続的に材料を供給する、押し出し機を有する射出成形システムのための制御方法であって、前記制御方法は、それぞれ高速度または低速度で前記押し出し機を駆動するように設定され、
前記方法は、
前記アキュムレーターに関する実際の位置的変化に関する値(ΔPOSACT)を取得することと、
前記実際の位置的変化に関する値(ΔPOSACT)を、前記位置的変化に関する予測値(ΔPOSPRED)と比較することと、
前記比較の結果に基づいて前記押し出し機の速度を調整することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記低速度あるいは前記高速度を、あるインクレメントだけシフトし、これによって新しい低速度あるいは新しい高速度を生成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記実際の位置的変化に関する値を間欠的に取得することを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記取得は、第n番目毎、射出サイクルの間の特定の時間において実施され、ここでnは、1と、半アキュムレーターサイクル中の射出サイクル数との間の整数である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記特定の時間は、充填されている前記射出デバイスと射出の開始時との間のインターバルに見出される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アキュムレーターの実際の位置に関する値を取得し、前記アキュムレーターの前記実際の位置が所定の位置的インターバルの外にある場合に、前記低速度を前記高速度へとあるいはその逆に選択的にシフトすることを含む、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 射出成形システムのための制御ユニットであって、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するよう構成された制御ユニット。
- 請求項7に記載の制御ユニットを含む射出成形システム。
