Description
The present invention relates to a dishwashing detergent composition for pre-machine washing and a dishwashing method.
When washing dishes in commercial facilities, hospitals, nursing facilities, schools, businesses, etc., a so-called automatic dishwasher for business, which is suitable for washing a large amount of dishes in a short time, is used. When washing dishes such as cooked rice using an automatic dishwasher for business use, the dishes are immersed in a solution diluted with a dishwashing agent for hand washing, and then prewashed with a sponge. After that, cleaning is performed in an automatic dishwasher for business.
Patent Document 1 discloses that (a) an alkyl group having 10 to 15 carbon atoms, with the object of having high detergency and high detergency even when diluted to a low concentration, and having excellent low-temperature stability. Alkylbenzene sulfonic acid alkanolamine salt having 1 to 10% by mass, (b) 10 to 30% by mass of a sulfate ester type surfactant having an alkyl group having 8 to 16 carbon atoms, and (c) an amine oxide type surfactant. And 1 to 15% by mass of a surfactant selected from betaine-type surfactants, (d) 10 to 20% by mass of alkylglycoside-type surfactants, and (e) magnesium sulfate and/or magnesium chloride of 0.1 as anhydrous conversion. Disclosed is a dishwashing detergent composition for machine wash prewashing, which comprises ~5 mass% and the mass ratio of the component (c)/the component (b) is 0.067 to 0.50.

<Evaluation of detergency>
A plastic washing tub is filled with 10 L of water (temperature: 30° C., German hardness: 3.5° DH), and a predetermined amount of the dishwashing composition for machine washing before washing (concentration of cleaning composition: 0.04% by mass) is added. Melt and stir well. Prepare a model-cleaned tableware [beef tallow/rapeseed oil = 1/1 (mass ratio) applied to a ceramic dish with 2 g and leave it for 24 hours at room temperature] in a washing water bath (dilution) The composition is immersed in a new sponge (Kyklon Co., Ltd., Kyklon, 115 mm×75 mm×35 mm flexible absorber). When you no longer feel squeaky, move to the next plate and repeat this. During the washing, the washing water bath in the washing tub has a low detergency due to the accumulation of dirt. The end point of the washing was the number of dishes immediately before the dish in which nulliness could not be removed when washing with a sponge. The results are shown in Table 1.
Usually, dishes such as dishes are roughly pre-washed before machine washing and then set in a machine washer to perform main washing.In this embodiment, the effect of pre-washing cleaning and the sustainability of washing power are clarified. In order to do so, the evaluation was performed before the machine was washed.
<Evaluation of foaming suppression in machine cleaning>
1 g of the dishwashing detergent composition for pre-machine washing was dropped into a tank of a door type automatic washing machine (DW-DR53: SANYO), and a predetermined operation (50° C./40 seconds injection step, then 80° C./5) Rinsing step) was performed for 2 seconds. This is repeated in the same manner to perform cumulative operation, and the number of times before the abnormality of the injection pump sound or the decrease of the injection interval (injection pressure) was observed during the injection process was defined as the cumulative operation number. The results are shown in Table 1. The greater the cumulative number of operations, the better the suppression of foaming during machine cleaning.
In addition, when 16 dishes washed with the detergent composition of the example under the above conditions for evaluation of the detergency were washed with the above-mentioned automatic washing machine without the rinsing step, the operation was abnormal due to foaming. Without it, the cleaning could be done.
