Description
ントだけではなく、回路基板のグランドパターンもアンテナ放射に大きな役割を果たしており、アンテナの高性能化では、回路基板のグランドパターンを考慮する必要がある。
高周波電流が流れた時に、筐体に対して回路基板が高周波振幅で振れる。このため、アンテナエレメントからの放射に加えて回路基板からの放射が加わって、放射効率を改善することができる。すなわち、アンテナエレメントと回路基板を合わせて大きなアンテナ相当として動作し、放射効率を改善することが可能となる。
以下、本実施の形態1による無線通信装置は、流量測定部を有する流量測定装置に搭載するものとして例示する、しかし、例えば無線式火災警報器、無線式ガス漏れ警報器、ハンディターミナルなど、他の電子機器に搭載してもよい。また、流量測定装置として、ガスメータを例に挙げて説明するが、水道メータ等の他の流量計にも同様に適用できる。

Claims (3)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体に収容され、流体配管に接続される流量測定部と、
前記筐体に収容され、電波を送受信する第1および第2のアンテナエレメントを有する回路基板と、
前記第1アンテナエレメントまたは前記第2アンテナエレメントに高周波電力を供給する給電回路と、
前記第1アンテナエレメントと前記第2アンテナエレメントのいずれか一方を、前記給電回路に電気的に接続し、他方を接地する切替部と、
を備え、
前記筐体は、前記流体配管が貫通する面を有し、
前記第1アンテナエレメントは、前記回路基板のうち、前記流体配管が貫通する面に近い側に設けられ、
前記第1アンテナエレメントの長手方向は、前記流体配管の軸方向と直交し、
前記第2アンテナエレメントの長手方向は、前記第1アンテナエレメントの長手方向と直交し、
前記回路基板は、1つの接地点を有し、前記接地点は、前記筐体に電気的に接続された、無線通信装置。 - 前記第1アンテナエレメントと前記第2アンテナエレメントのいずれか一方を、前記給電回路に電気的に接続し、他方をインピーダンス調整部を介して接地する、請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記接地点は、前記第1アンテナエレメントの給電点および第2アンテナエレメントの給電点の近傍に配置した、請求項1または2に記載の無線通信装置。
