Claims (6)
- 脈波伝達時間を用いた血行障害測定装置において、測定対象者の身体のある一部の脈波と、前記測定対象者の心電図と、前記測定対象者の前記身体の一部とは異なる身体の部位の脈波のうちの少なくとも一を測定する測定部と、前記測定部により測定された心電図の最大(peak)値点と測定部により測定されたそれぞれの脈波のうち最大(peak)値点と最小(foot)値点とにおける少なくとも一の時間情報を検出する検出部、
前記検出部にて検出された時間情報を用いて、複数の脈波伝達時間の平均値を計算し、これを用いて血行障害の判別指標を演算する演算部、
そして前記演算された血行障害の判別指標を用いて、血行障害を診断する診断部と、を含み、
前記血行障害の判別指標は、血管疾患かどうかを判別する疾患群/正常群の判別指標を含み、
前記演算部は、EFfをEBfで割った値(A1=EFf/EBf)、EFfをERfで割った値(A2=EFf/ERf)、CFfをCBfで割った値(A3=CFf/CBf)、及びCFfをCRfで割った値(A4=CFf/CRf)のうちの少なくとも一つを用いて前記疾患群/正常群の判別指標を演算し、前記EFfは心電図の最大値点と大腿部から測定された脈波の最小値点との間の脈波伝達時間の平均を表すパラメータであり、前記EBfは心電図の最大値点と上腕から測定された脈波の最小値点との間の脈波伝達時間の平均を表すパラメータであり、前記ERfは心電図の最大値点と橈骨から測定された脈波の最小値点との間の脈波伝達時間の平均を表すパラメータであり、CFfは頸動脈と大腿部から測定された脈波の最小値点の間の脈波伝達時間の平均を表すパラメータであり、前記CBfは頸動脈と上腕から測定された脈波の最小値点の間の脈波伝達時間の平均を表すパラメータであり、前記CRfは頸動脈と橈骨から測定された脈波の最小値点の間の脈波伝達時間の平均を示すパラメータである血行障害測定装置。 - 前記測定部は、頸動脈、上腕、橈骨と大腿部のうちの少なくともいずれか一つの部位の脈波を測定する請求項1に記載の血行障害測定装置。
- 前記演算部は、心電図の最大(peak)値点と脈波の最小(foot)値点の間の脈波伝達時間の平均を用いて、前記疾患群/正常群の判別指標を演算する請求項1に記載の血行障害測定装置。
- 前記演算部は、A1ないしA4のうちのいずれか二つの項目に対する合算(A1+A2,A1+A3,A1+A4,A2+A3,A2+A4,A3+A4)またはA1ないしA4のうちのいずれか二つの項目に対する乗算値(A1*A2,A1*A3,A1*A4,A2*A3,A2*A4,A3*A4)、またはA1ないしA4のうちのいずれか三つの項目に対する合算(A1+A2+A3,A1+A2+A4,A1+A3+A4,A2+A3+A4)またはA1ないしA4のうちのいずれか三つの項目に対する乗算値(A1*A2*A3,A1*A2*A4,A1*A3*A4,A2*A3*A4)、またはA1ないしA4を合算(A1+A2+A3+A4)またはA1ないしA4のすべての項目に対する乗算値(A1*A2*A3*A4)、またはA1ないしA4のうちいずれか2つの項目に対する乗算値(A1*A2,A1*A3,A1*A4,A2*A3,A2*A4,A3*A4)から得られた項目のうちいずれか二つの項目に対する合算((A1*A2)+(A1*A3),(A1*A2)+(A1*A4),(A1*A2)+(A2*A3),(A1*A2)+(A2*A4),(A1*A2)+(A3*A4),(A1*A3)+(A1*A4),(A1*A3)+(A2*A3),(A1*A3)+(A2*A4),(A1*A3)+(A3*A4),(A1*A4)+(A2*A3),(A1*A4)+(A2*A4),(A1*A4)+(A3*A4),(A2*A3)+(A2*A4),(A2*A3)+(A3*A4),(A2*A4)+(A3*A4))により前記疾患群/正常群の判別指標を演算する請求項1に記載の血行障害測定装置。
- 前記血行障害の判別指標は血管疾患の種類を判別する心血管疾患群/脳血管疾患群の判別指標を含み、前記演算部は、心電図や脈波の最大(peak)値点の間の脈波伝達時間の平均を用いて、前記心血管疾患群/脳血管疾患群の判別指標を演算する請求項1に記載の血行障害測定装置。
- 前記演算部は、ECpを用いて、前記心血管疾患群/脳血管疾患群の判別指標を演算し、前記ECpは心電図の最大値点と頸動脈から測定された脈波の最大値点との間の脈波伝達時間の平均を示すパラメータである請求項5に記載の血行障害測定装置。
