Description
蒸発チャンバと流体連通する種水入口と、
蒸発チャンバの頂部と流体連通する飽和蒸気出口と、
飽和蒸気出口から飽和蒸気の過熱のための圧縮機に飽和蒸気を移送するための蒸気ラインであって、過熱蒸気を凝縮タンクの頂部の膨張機に移送するための蒸気ラインと、
処理水リザーバを有する凝縮チャンバを含む凝縮タンクと、を備え、
使用時に、凝縮水が凝縮チャンバを流れ落ちて処理水リザーバに流れて処理水を形成し、飽和蒸気を形成するように、凝縮タンクを通る凝縮過熱蒸気および凝縮水から熱が蒸発チャンバに伝達して過熱蒸気が膨張機から出るときに凝縮する。
種水を受けて蒸発させるための蒸発チャンバと、
蒸発チャンバに熱を供給するための熱源と、
蒸発チャンバと流体連通して蒸発した種水を受けて凝縮させるための凝縮チャンバと、
種水の蒸発を促進するために蒸発チャンバと流体連通する減圧機と、
蒸発した種水が凝縮することができる凝縮チャンバ内に配置され、処理水出口で回収するために凝縮した蒸気を移送するように配置される複数の冷却フィンとを含む。
種水を受けて蒸発させるための蒸発チャンバと、
蒸発チャンバ内に配置され、開放上端を有し、蒸発チャンバと流体連通する、蒸発した種水を受けるための凝縮チャンバと、
蒸発チャンバに連通して種水の蒸発を促進するための減圧機と、
凝縮チャンバに入る蒸気の凝縮を促進するために、凝縮チャンバの上部に狭窄部が設けられている。
Claims (18)
- 種水の供給源から処理水を製造するための真空蒸留装置であって、
前記装置は、
底部および頂部を有するとともに、凝縮タンクの周りに少なくとも部分的に配置される真空蒸発チャンバを有する蒸留タンクと、
前記蒸発チャンバと流体連通する種水入口と、
前記蒸発チャンバの頂部と流体連通する飽和蒸気出口と、
圧縮機と、
前記飽和蒸気出口から飽和蒸気の過熱のための前記圧縮機に前記飽和蒸気を移送し、その後過熱蒸気を前記凝縮タンクの頂部の膨張機に移送する蒸気ラインと、
処理水リザーバを備えた凝縮チャンバを含む前記凝縮タンクと、を含み、
前記処理水リザーバは、前記処理水リザーバから処理水の除去を許容する処理水出口を含み、
前記処理水出口は、前記処理水リザーバから前記蒸発チャンバ内の前記種水を通って前記種水の上方の高さにある前記蒸留タンクに出るように延在する管を含み、
使用時に、過熱蒸気は、凝縮水が前記凝縮チャンバを前記処理水リザーバに流れ落ちて前記処理水を形成するように前記膨張機から出るときに凝縮し、
前記凝縮過熱蒸気および前記凝縮水から前記蒸発チャンバに熱が伝達して前記蒸発チャンバにおいて種水を加熱して前記飽和蒸気を形成する、真空蒸留装置。 - 前記蒸留タンクは縦型円筒形タンクであり、前記蒸発チャンバは前記蒸発チャンバ内で軸方向に配置されたカラムの形態の円筒凝縮タンクの周りに配置された環状蒸発チャンバである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸留タンクはその底部が開放され、種水供給リザーバ内に着座している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸留タンクの前記底部が前記タンクの底部壁によって密閉され、前記種水が種水入口によって前記蒸発チャンバに供給される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記種水入口が前記蒸発チャンバの底部にある、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸留タンクは正方形または長方形の断面を有する外部タンクを含み、前記凝縮タンクは同様の形状であるがより小さい内部タンクであり、前記外部タンクと前記内部タンクとの間の空間が前記蒸発チャンバを規定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸留タンク内に複数の熱交換ウェブをさらに含み、前記熱交換ウェブは、前記凝縮タンクの外部から前記真空蒸発チャンバの外壁の内部に向かって若しくは前記真空蒸発チャンバの外壁の内部に延在する、または前記真空蒸発チャンバの外壁の内部から前記凝縮タンクの外部に向かって若しくは前記凝縮タンクの外部に延在する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記凝縮タンクは、前記蒸留タンクの実質的に全高さまで延在する円筒カラムであり、前記円筒カラムは前記蒸発チャンバから密閉されており、頂部壁と底部壁とを有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記圧縮機から前記膨張機までの前記蒸気ラインは、前記円筒カラム内で実質的に中央に位置する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記凝縮タンクは複数の熱交換ウェブを含み、前記熱交換ウェブはその内部の前記蒸気ラインの外部から前記凝縮チャンバを通って前記円筒カラムの前記壁の内部に向かって若しくは前記円筒カラムの前記壁の内部に延在する、またはその内部の前記蒸気ラインの外部から前記凝縮チャンバを通って前記凝縮チャンバの内部に向かって若しくは前記凝縮チャンバの内部に延在する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記膨張機は蒸気ラインの開放出口であり、前記出口は前記凝縮チャンバの中に下方に向けられたノズルの形態である、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸気ラインは、前記装置が動作温度に達する前に除去されるあらゆる凝縮物を収集するためのu−チューブを含む、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸留タンクが熱交換促進器を含む、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換促進器は、種水リザーバから水を受け取ることができるウォータージャケットであり、前記ジャケットは、前記ジャケットの外部を前記蒸留タンクの外部に露出させ、前記ジャケットの内部を前記蒸発チャンバに露出させる方法で、前記蒸留タンクの前記壁内または前記蒸留タンクの前記壁の一部として配置されている、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記ウォータージャケットは、蒸発が起こることを可能にするために下降する水に抵抗を与えることの目的のために、半透過性材料またはメッシュまたは螺旋コイルを含む、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸留タンクの前記外部が、外部環境から前記蒸発チャンバに熱の伝達を補助するために補助的な熱伝達手段を含む、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記補助的な熱伝達手段は、一連の伝熱フィンまたは波形である、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 種水リザーバの前記底部に蓄積する沈殿した汚染物質を除去するための固形廃棄物抽出システムを含む、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
