Claims (15)
- 前方壁(14)を有する筐体(12)と、
前記前方壁(14)を介して突出する操作板(18)であって、隣接して配置された複数の操作区域(22、24、26、28、30)を有する細長い操作面(20)を有する操作板(18)と、
前記筐体(12)内に配置された前記操作板(18)用の支持要素(32)と、を備え、
前記操作板(18)は、前記操作板(18)の前記操作区域(22、24、26、28、30)それぞれの間の領域に突出する接続ウェブ(48)によって前記支持要素(32)に接続され、
前記各操作区域ごとに前記操作板(18)から突出し前記支持要素(32)に接続される可撓性ウェブ(50)が、弾性を有して、前記接続ウェブ(48)を介した前記操作板(18)の前記支持要素(32)への接続よりも可撓性高く、前記接続ウェブ(48)間に配置され、
1以上の操作区域作動センサ(70、72)が、前記操作板(18)の操作区域(22、24、26、28、30)の1つに手動の作動力が加えられたときに前記操作板(18)の局所的屈曲を検出するために、各可撓性ウェブ(50)に対応して前記支持要素(32)上に配置され、
前記操作区域作動センサ(70、72)からの信号を受信し、前記操作板(18)の手動作動に際して一の手の指が配置された前記操作区域(22、24、26、28、30)を前記信号に基づいて決定し、決定された操作区域(22、24、26、28、30)に対応する、各操作区域(22、24、26、28、30)に関連付けられた装置の機能をトリガする評価/制御部(78)を更に備える、電気装置用操作ユニット。 - その形状、材料、及び/又は、前記支持要素(32)及び/又は前記操作板(18)と
の接続位置を理由として、前記接続ウェブ(48)が前記可撓性ウェブ(50)よりも剛性が高いこと、及び/又は、
特には、第1接続点において前記支持要素(32)から前記接続ウェブ(48)が突出し、第2接続点において前記支持要素(32)から前記可撓性ウェブ(50)が突出し、前記第2接続点は前記第1接続点よりも前記操作板(18)から離間していることから、前記接続ウェブ(48)が前記可撓性ウェブ(50)よりも短いこと、及び/又は前記可撓性ウェブ(50)よりもより短い自由屈曲長さを有すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作ユニット。 - 前記接続ウェブ(48)が前記可撓性ウェブ(50)よりも短い場合、これらのウェブが同一形状を有し同一材料からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記支持要素(32)そのものが、休止位置と1以上の枢動位置との間で枢動可能に支持され、前記休止位置に向かって前記支持要素(32)が圧縮応力をかけられていること、及び、前記操作板(18)が作動された際に前記支持要素(32)が枢動位置を取ったことを検出する1以上の枢動位置センサ(44、46)に前記評価/制御部(78)が接続されること、を特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、又は請求項3に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記接続ウェブ(48)及び前記可撓性ウェブ(50)が共通の横断ウェブ(56)から突出すること、及び、
前記支持要素(32)が、隣接する縁凹部(60)と前記縁凹部(60)を互いから隔てる突出領域(62)とが交互に配置された支持本体(34)を有し、前記突出領域(62)が、前記操作板(18)に対向する前記支持本体(34)の操作板縁部(58)を形成し、前記可撓性ウェブ(50)が前記縁凹部(60)内で延出しかつ前記操作板縁部(58)を超えて突出し、前記可撓性ウェブ(50)が前記縁凹部(60)内で前記支持本体(34)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の操作ユニット。 - 前記横断ウェブ(56)、前記接続ウェブ(48)、及び前記可撓性ウェブ(50)が、前記支持要素(32)に、前記操作板(18)との間の一体的な櫛状接続要素(59)を形成すること、及び、
前記支持要素(32)は、前記接続要素(59)をオーバーモールドする可塑性材料を含み得ること、もしくは別の方法で前記接続要素(59)が前記支持要素(32)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の操作ユニット。 - 前記接続要素(59)が金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の操作ユニット。
- 1以上の作動センサ支持板(74、76)が前記支持本体(34)に接続され、前記作動センサ支持板(74、76)が前記支持本体(34)の前記縁凹部(60)を被覆しかつこれら被覆領域において操作区域作動センサ(70、72)を含み、
前記センサが前記可撓性ウェブ(50)に割り当てられて前記可撓性ウェブ(50)の1方向のみ又は互いに逆の2方向への屈曲の検出を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の操作ユニット。 - 前記支持本体(34)が2つの作動センサ支持板(74、76)の間に配置され、各可撓性ウェブ(50)に2つの操作区域作動センサ(70、72)が割り当てられ、このうち一方は前記作動センサ支持板の一方(74)の上に配置されるよう構成され、他方は作動センサ支持板の他方(76)に配置され得ることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記操作区域作動センサ(70、72)が、容量的、誘導的、オーム的、又は光学的に機能する、又はリミットスイッチとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記操作板(18)が、少なくともその操作面(20)において、コーティング仕上げされた表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記操作区域作動センサ(70、72)が、手指が前記操作板(18)の上側及び下側のいずれに接触した際にも前記操作板(18)の作動の検出を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記電気装置が車両部品であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記車両部品が暖房、換気、及び/又は空調システムであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記枢動位置センサ(44、46)が、容量的、誘導的、オーム的、又は光学的に機能する、又はリミットスイッチとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の操作ユニット。
