Claims (3)
- 併設された複数の半導体レーザをホルダで固定し、
前記複数の半導体レーザ及び前記ホルダを読み取ることで得られる前記ホルダに対する前記複数の半導体レーザの凹凸部の凹凸情報を得て、
前記凹凸情報に基づき3Dプリンタにより前記複数の半導体レーザを放熱させるためのヒートシンクの表面に前記複数の半導体レーザの凹凸部に対応する凸凹部を積層造形することを特徴とするレーザ装置の製造方法。 - 前記ホルダと前記ヒートシンクとの間にシート状の高熱伝導素材を挟むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザ装置の製造方法。
- 前記ホルダと前記ヒートシンクとの間にペースト状の高熱伝導素材を塗布したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザ装置の製造方法。
