Description
エアダクト20の一端の開口部に流れ込んだ冷却空気は、エアダクト20の内部にある空気通路を通って移動した後、他側の開口部から強制排気されて外部に排出される。この過程でセルアセンブリ10に対する空冷作用が行われる。

Claims (7)
- 複数のセルが積層されているセルアセンブリと、
前記セルアセンブリに接触するように配置され、冷却空気が移動可能な空気通路が内部に形成されているエアダクトと、
前記エアダクトにて前記セルアセンブリの長さ方向と一致する長さ方向に延設されている締結溝と、
前記セルを管理するためのBMSを備え、前記締結溝に摺動して挿入されるスライダによって前記エアダクトに組み立てられるBMSプレートと、
を含み、
前記スライダは、前記BMSプレートの両側エッジ部にそれぞれ設けられており、
前記締結溝は、前記エアダクトの上部に延在している空冷式バッテリーパック。 - 前記エアダクトは、前記セルアセンブリの両側エッジ部にそれぞれ配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空冷式バッテリーパック。
- 前記エアダクトの上端面には、長さ方向に延びたガイドリブが前記エアダクトと一体的に形成され、
前記締結溝は断面が「コ」字状であって、開口部がパックの内側に向かって前記ガイドリブに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空冷式バッテリーパック。 - 前記スライダは、挿入進行方向の逆方向に行くにつれて次第に厚さが増加する傾斜構造を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空冷式バッテリーパック。
- 前記エアダクトは、アルミニウム素材からなり、
前記スライダは、プラスチック素材からなって前記締結溝に挿し込まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空冷式バッテリーパック。 - 孔または溝構造の固定部と、
プラスチック素材からなって前記BMSプレートの一部に設けられ、前記スライダの挿入が完了した状態で前記固定部に締結されるフック構造のストッパと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空冷式バッテリーパック。 - 前記エアダクトの内部には、トラス構造物が備えられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空冷式バッテリーパック。
