Claims (16)

複数の導体及びコア部材の周りに位置決めされる第1の絶縁部材であって、前記複数の導体及び前記コア部材は該第1の絶縁部材のルーメン内に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされ、該第1の絶縁部材は、第1の直径を有する第1の部分、前記第1の直径よりも小さい第2の直径を有する第2の部分、及び、該第1の絶縁部材の端部から少なくとも該第1の絶縁部材の前記第2の部分にわたって該第1の絶縁部材の長さ方向に延びる長手方向を有する開口であって、前記ルーメンと連通する開口を有する、第1の絶縁部材;並びに
前記第1の絶縁部材の前記第2の部分の周りに位置決めされる第1の導電部材であって、前記複数の導体のうちの前記電子素子又は前記電気素子と結合される第1の導体の一部が、前記第1の絶縁部材の前記開口を通って前記第1の絶縁部材の表側に出され、前記第1の絶縁部材の前記第1の部分の軸方向端部と該第1の導電部材の軸方向端部との間に隣接して位置され、該第1の導電部材に電気的に結合される、第1の導電部材
を備える、血管内装置。 - 前記第1の絶縁部材の前記開口は、該第1の絶縁部材の長さの一部のみに沿って延びる、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記第1の導電部材は、前記第1の直径に等しい外径を有する、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記複数の導体のうちの前記第1の導体以外の他の複数の導体及び前記コア部材の周りに位置決めされる第2の絶縁部材であって、前記複数の導体のうちの前記第1の導体以外の前記他の複数の導体及び前記コア部材は、該第2の絶縁部材のルーメン内に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされる、第2の絶縁部材を更に備え、該第2の絶縁部材の第1の部分が第3の直径を有し、該第2の絶縁部材の第2の部分が、前記第3の直径よりも小さい第4の直径を有し、該第2の絶縁部材の第3の部分が、前記第3の直径よりも小さい第5の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記第2の絶縁部材の前記第3の部分は、前記第1の導電部材内に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされる、請求項4に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記第2の絶縁部材の前記第2の部分の周りに位置決めされる第2の導電部材であって、前記第2の絶縁部材の前記第1の部分は前記第1の導電部材と前記第2の導電部材との間に位置決めされる、第2の導電部材を更に備える、請求項5に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記複数の導体のうちの第2の導体が前記第2の導電部材に電気的に結合される、請求項6に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記複数の導体のうちの前記第2の導体は、前記第2の絶縁部材の前記ルーメンと連通する該第2の絶縁部材の長さ方向に延びる長手方向を有する開口を通って延びる、請求項7に記載の血管内装置。
- 可撓性の細長い部材と、
前記可撓性の細長い部材の遠位部分に結合される電子素子又は電気素子と、
前記可撓性の細長い部材の近位部分に結合される接続部分と、
で構成される血管内装置の前記接続部分を組み立てる方法であって:
第1の管状部材を複数の導体及びコア部材の周りに位置決めすることであって、それによって、前記複数の導体及び前記コア部材は、前記第1の管状部材のルーメン内に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされ、前記第1の管状部材は、第1の直径を有する第1の部分、前記第1の直径よりも小さい第2の直径を有する第2の部分、及び、該第1の管状部材の端部から少なくとも該第1の管状部材の前記第2の部分にわたって該第1の管状部材の長さ方向に延びる長手方向を有する開口であって、前記ルーメンと連通する開口を有する、位置決めすること;
前記複数の導体のうちの前記電子素子又は前記電気素子と結合される第1の導体を、前記第1の管状部材の前記ルーメンの内部から、前記第1の管状部材の前記開口を通して前記第1の管状部材の外側に出すこと;
第1の導電部材を前記第1の管状部材の周りに位置決めすること;及び
前記複数の導体のうちの前記第1の導体を前記第1の導電部材に電気的に結合すること
を含む、方法。 - 第1の絶縁部材を前記第1の導電部材に隣接して前記第1の管状部材の周りに位置決めすること;
第2の導電部材を前記第1の絶縁部材に隣接して前記第1の管状部材の周りに位置決めすることであって、それによって、前記第1の絶縁部材は前記第1の導電部材と前記第2の導電部材との間に位置決めされる、位置決めすること;及び
前記複数の導体のうちの第2の導体を前記第2の導電部材に電気的に結合すること
を更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の絶縁部材の前記位置決めののち、前記複数の導体のうちの前記第2の導体を、前記第1の管状部材の前記ルーメンの内部から、前記第1の管状部材の前記開口を通して前記第1の管状部材の外側に出すことを更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第2の絶縁部材を前記第2の導電部材に隣接して前記第1の管状部材の周りに位置決めすること;
第3の導電部材を前記第2の絶縁部材に隣接して前記第1の管状部材の周りに位置決めすることであって、それによって、前記第2の絶縁部材が前記第2の導電部材と前記第3の導電部材との間に位置決めされる、位置決めすること;及び
前記複数の導体のうちの第3の導体を前記第3の導電部材に電気的に結合すること
を更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 第2の管状部材を、前記複数の導体のうちの前記第1の導体以外の他の複数の導体及び前記コア部材の周りに位置決めすることであって、それによって、前記複数の導体のうちの前記第1の導体以外の前記他の複数の導体及び前記コア部材は、前記第2の管状部材のルーメン内に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされ、前記第2の管状部材の第1の部分が第3の直径を有し、該第2の管状部材の第2の部分が、前記第3の直径よりも小さい第4の直径を有し、該第2の管状部材の第3の部分が、前記第3の直径よりも小さい第5の直径を有する、位置決めすることを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の管状部材を、前記複数の導体のうちの前記第1の導体以外の前記他の複数の導体及び前記コア部材の周りに位置決めし、それによって、前記第2の管状部材の前記第3の部分は、前記第1の導電部材内に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされる、請求項13に記載の方法。
