Claims (15)
- 近位部分及び遠位部分を有し、第1の直径を有する金属コアを有する可撓性細長部材と、
前記可撓性細長部材の前記遠位部分に固定された少なくとも1つの電子コンポーネントと、
前記可撓性細長部材の前記近位部分において、前記金属コアの一部を加工することにより形成されたロッキングセクションであって、前記ロッキングセクションが、ロッキングクリップによってコネクタに対して接続可能に構成され、前記ロッキングクリップが、前記コネクタ内に含まれ、前記可撓性細長部材の前記近位部分を前記コネクタ内でロックする、前記ロッキングセクションと、
を有する血管内ガイドワイヤにおいて、
前記ロッキングセクションが、第1のサブセクション及び第2のサブセクションを有し、前記第1のサブセクションが、前記第1の直径より小さい第2の直径を有し、前記第2のサブセクションの直径が、前記第1の直径と前記第2の直径の間で遷移する、
血管内ガイドワイヤ。 - 前記近位部分が、前記第1の直径を有する近位端で終わる、請求項1に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記可撓性細長部材が、前記金属コア上のポリマ層及び前記ポリマ層内に埋め込まれた複数の導電性リボンを有する、請求項1に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記可撓性細長部材の前記近位部分が、前記複数の導電性リボンの近位部分上に形成された絶縁層を有し、前記絶縁層が、前記ロッキングセクションの遠位である、請求項3に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記可撓性細長部材の前記近位部分が、前記複数の導電性リボンの1つと通信する導電性部分を有する、請求項3に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記導電性部分が、導電性インクを有する、請求項5に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記導電性部分が、金属リングを有する、請求項5に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記金属コアが、前記電子コンポーネントに対する電気的接地を有する、請求項1に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤに対して接続可能であるコネクタであって、前記可撓性細長部材の前記ロッキングセクションを受け取るようなサイズ及び形状のスリットを有するロッキングクリップを有するコネクタ。
- 前記ロッキングクリップが、傾斜角度で近位に傾斜する上側部分を有し、前記上側部分は、前記ロッキングセクションが前記スリットにより受け取られる場合に前記ロッキングセクションが前記スリットの外にスリップすることを防ぐように構成される、請求項9に記載のコネクタ。
- 請求項1に記載の血管内ガイドワイヤと、請求項9に記載のコネクタとを有する血管内システム。
- 血管内ガイドワイヤを製造する方法において、
近位部分及び遠位部分を持ち、第1の直径を有する金属コア及び前記金属コア上のポリマ層を有する可撓性細長部材を提供するステップと、
前記可撓性細長部材の前記遠位部分に少なくとも1つの電子コンポーネントを固定するステップと、
ロッキングセクションにおいて前記ポリマ層の一部及び前記金属コアの一部を取り除くように前記可撓性細長部材の周囲を機械加工することにより前記可撓性細長部材の前記近位部分において前記ロッキングセクションを形成するステップと、
前記ロッキングセクションの第1のサブセクションを、前記第1のサブセクションの直径が、前記第1の直径より小さい第2の直径となるまで、機械加工するステップと、
前記第1の直径と前記第2の直径の間で遷移する直径を有するように前記ロッキングセクションの第2のサブセクションを機械加工するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記可撓性細長部材が、前記ポリマ層内に埋め込まれた複数の導電性リボンを有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ロッキングセクションを形成するステップが、前記ロッキングセクションにおいて前記複数の導電性リボンの一部を取り除くように前記可撓性細長部材の周囲を機械加工することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の導電性リボンの近位部分上に絶縁層を形成するステップであって、前記絶縁層が、前記ロッキングセクションの遠位である、ステップ、
を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
