- 前記組み立てるステップは、前記インペラ(2)に隣接した前記シャフト(3)上にスリーブ(4)を取り付けるサブステップを含み、前記コーティングするステップは、前記インペラ(2)上の第3の所定の表面(9)および前記シャフト(3)上の第4の所定の表面(10)をコーティングするステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第3の所定の表面(9)は、前記スリーブ(4)に面するように設計された前記インペラ(2)の表面の一部である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第4の所定の表面(10)は、前記インペラ(2)と前記スリーブ(4)の間に配置されるように設計された前記シャフト(3)の側部表面(3a)の一部である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記めっきするステップは、無電解ニッケルめっきによって実施される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングするステップは、前記所定の表面(5、7、9、10)にスプレイすることによって実施される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングするステップは、コールドスプレイを前記所定の表面(5、7、9、10)にスプレイすることによって実施される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コールドスプレイは、ニッケル基合金のまたはステンレス鋼の粒子を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングするステップは、サーマルスプレイを前記所定の表面(5、7、9、10)にスプレイすることによって実施される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングするステップは、電気めっきによって実施される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記電気めっきは、電解クロミウムまたはニッケルによって実施される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法によって処置されるインペラシャフト組立体(1)。
- 請求項14に記載のインペラシャフト組立体(1)を含むターボ機械。
