Claims (4)
- 供給デバイス(20)、熱分解反応炉(30)、出口部(40)及びガス捕集器(50)を含む、プラスチック及び/またはゴム廃棄物の細断された廃棄材料を処理するための熱分解装置(10)であって、該熱分解装置(10)は、連続型であり、
前記供給デバイス(20)は、空気が前記熱分解反応炉(30)中に進入するのを防止するためのエアトラップを形成する液体(22)中に、少なくとも部分的に配置されたスクリューを備えるスクリューコンベヤ(23)を含み、
前記熱分解反応炉(30)は、前記廃棄材料を移動させるためのスクリューコンベヤ(32)、及び前記熱分解反応炉(30)を加熱するための発熱抵抗体(33)を有し、
前記出口部(40)は、排出スクリューを備えるスクリューコンベヤ(42)、及びカーボンの除去との関連で搬送された蒸気を液化凝縮して回収するために使用される凝縮捕集天蓋(45)を有し、
前記供給デバイス(20)のスクリューコンベヤ(23)はタイマーを備え、前記廃棄材料と共に移送された液体の少なくとも一部が、前記スクリューコンベヤ(23)の溝(24)中に落下して供給ビンに収容された液体中に還流するように、該タイマーは前記スクリューコンベヤ(23)の回転運動による前記スクリューコンベヤ(23)の前進運動を順次連続的に始動及び停止させることにより、供給される前記廃棄材料を圧縮するように配設されることを特徴とする熱分解装置(10)。 - 熱分解装置(10)の前記ガス捕集器(50)は、液体(54)で満たされたタブ(53)、及び該タブ(53)内に上下逆に配置され、且つ、浮上デバイス(57)を備える別のタブ(56)を含む捕集部材を有し、前記ガス捕集器(50)に進入するガスを捕集することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱分解装置(10)。
- 前記ガス捕集器(50)のタブ(53)は、上限及び下限スイッチ(58)を備え、浮上デバイス(57)を備えたタブ(56)が許容上限に到達したとき、ガス出口圧縮機(60)が前記浮上デバイス(57)を備えたタブ(56)内に蓄積されたガスを圧力タンク中に順次吸引するように、該上限及び下限スイッチ(58)は、前記ガス捕集器(50)に接続された前記ガス出口圧縮機(60)を制御することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱分解装置(10)。
- 前記熱分解反応炉(30)を形成する鋼管(31)は、断熱されていることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、または3に記載の熱分解装置(10)。
