Claims (11)
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
ヒーター要素を備えるエアロゾル発生装置と、
エアロゾル発生物品であって、
医薬源と、
揮発性送達促進化合物供与源と、を備えるエアロゾル発生物品と、
前記エアロゾル発生装置または前記エアロゾル発生物品内に提供されるバイメタルストリップであって、前記バイメタルストリップが前記ヒーター要素と熱的接触する第一の端と、前記揮発性送達促進化合物源と熱的接触する第二の端とを備える、バイメタルストリップと、を備え、
前記バイメタルストリップが、前記バイメタルストリップの前記第一の端を所定の温度より高い温度まで加熱する結果として前記ヒーター要素から遠ざかるように前記バイメタルストリップの前記第一の端の変位をもたらすように構成される、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記バイメタルストリップがらせん形状であり、また前記バイメタルストリップの前記第一の端が前記らせんの第一の端を形成し、かつ前記バイメタルストリップの前記第二の端が前記らせんの第二の端を形成する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記バイメタルストリップが、鋼を含む第一の金属層と、銅または黄銅を含む第二の金属層と、を備える、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記バイメタルストリップが、前記バイメタルストリップの前記第一の端が少なくとも摂氏300度の温度に加熱されたときに前記バイメタルストリップの前記第一の端を前記ヒーター要素から遠ざかるように機械的に変位させるように構成される、請求項1、2、または3に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記揮発性送達促進化合物源が前記ヒーター要素の下流に位置付けられ、また前記バイメタルストリップが前記ヒーター要素と前記揮発性送達促進化合物源との間に延びる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル発生システムが、前記医薬源の温度が前記揮発性送達促進化合物源より高くなるように、前記エアロゾル発生物品の前記医薬源および前記揮発性送達促進化合物源を加熱するように構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記医薬源が前記ヒーター要素に接触する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル発生装置および前記エアロゾル発生物品が、医薬源を摂氏50度〜150度の温度に加熱するよう構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル発生装置および前記エアロゾル発生物品が、前記揮発性送達促進化合物源を摂氏30度〜100度の温度に加熱するよう構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記医薬源がニコチン源を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記揮発性送達促進化合物源が酸を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
