Claims (6)
- 第1平面基板と第2平面基板とを備えたセンサ組立体であって、
前記第1平面基板は、基層と、該基層の第1平面状表面に形成された導電層と、該導電層の第1平面状表面又は前記基層の前記第1平面状表面の少なくともいずれかに形成された誘電層と、を有し、
前記誘電層は、前記導電層の前記第1平面状表面から離れて位置した第1平面状表面を有し、
前記導電層は、少なくとも第1電気接点と該第1電気接点から電気的に分離された第2電気接点とを、最低限備え、
前記誘電層は、該誘電層を通る液体流路を画定し、該液体流路は、2つの側壁と、該2つの側壁の間に延伸する底面と、を有し、前記2つの側壁は、前記基層の前記第1平面状表面と前記誘電層の前記第1平面状表面との間に延伸し、
前記誘電層は、前記導電層の前記第1電気接点及び前記第2電気接点の上にそれぞれ第1検知領域及び第2検知領域を画定し、これら第1検知領域及び第2検知領域は、前記液体流路中の液体を前記第1電気接点及び前記第2電気接点にそれぞれ接触させ、
前記第1及び第2検知領域が凹部を備え、少なくとも該凹部の1つが、試薬を含有する、
前記第2平面基板は、前記第1平面基板と接合され、
前記第1平面基板と接合された前記第2平面基板は、前記液体流路の上面を画定し、この液体流路の上面は、前記液体流路の底面から離れて位置し、前記2つの側壁の間に延伸する、センサ組立体。 - 前記誘電層が第1及び第2平面層からなり、当該第1平面層は、前記導電層の前記第1平面状表面に形成されて前記第1及び第2検知領域を画定し、当該第2平面層は、前記第1平面層上に形成されて前記液体流路を画定する、請求項1に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記基層が第1基層であり、前記導電層が第1導電層であり、前記誘電層が第1誘電層であり、
前記第2平面基板が第2基層と、該第2基層の第1平面状表面に形成された第2導電層と、該第2導電層の第1平面状表面に形成された第2誘電層と、を有し、
前記第2平面基板の前記第2誘電層は、前記第2導電層の前記第1平面状表面から離れて位置した第1平面状表面を有し、
前記第2平面基板の前記第2導電層は、少なくとも第1電気接点と該第1電気接点から電気的に分離された第2電気接点とを備える、
請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ組立体。 - 前記第2平面基板の前記第2誘電層が、該第2平面基板の該第2誘電層を通る液体流路を画定し、該液体流路は、2つの側壁と、該2つの側壁の間に延伸する底面と、を有し、前記2つの側壁は、前記第2基層の前記第1平面状表面と前記第2誘電層の前記第1平面状表面との間に延伸し、前記第1平面基板に接合された前記第2平面基板の該流路は、前記第1平面基板の前記底面と前記第2平面基板の前記底面とが対向してなる合体流路の上部を画定し、
前記第2平面基板の前記第2誘電層は、前記第1導電層の前記第1電気接点及び前記第2電気接点の上にそれぞれ第1検知領域及び第2検知領域をさらに画定し、これら第1検知領域及び第2検知領域は、前記合体流路内の液体を前記第1電気接点及び前記第2電気接点にそれぞれ接触させる、
