Description
・作業時間を短縮する;
・エフェクターチップ置換を必要としない(したがって、心臓外科医の気を散らさない);
・1つのエフェクターチップで操作する方法を実施する方が複数よりも簡単なので、クライオアプリケータを手動で制御するのが容易になり、その結果、操作リスクを低減する;
・良好なエフェクターチップの当接を確実にし、それによって、アブレーションラインの連続性を確実にする。
クライオアプリケータは、変形、腐食または低温下での物理的もしくは化学的特性の変化に対して耐性である金属合金で作られていた。クライオアプリケータを通る液体窒素流は、低圧法を使用して実施する。さらに、本発明は電気的に中性である。
Claims (12)
- 締付部品、縦軸に沿って延出し第一の端部および第二の端部を有するリジットなピン、断熱部品およびリジットなエフェクターチップを備え、
前記ピンの前記第一の端部が前記締付部品と接続し、前記ピンの前記第二の端部が前記エフェクターチップと接続し、前記エフェクターチップは前記ピンの前記縦軸に対して第一の平面に沿って60°〜90°の角度で恒久的に屈曲し、前記エフェクターチップはまた前記縦軸に対して第二の平面に沿って5°〜60°の角度で恒久的に屈曲し、
前記断熱部品は断熱カバーからなり、前記断熱カバーは前記ピンよりも短く、前記断熱カバーは前記ピン上に位置し前記ピンの前記縦軸に沿って第一の設定と第二の設定との間で摺動可能であり、
前記第一の設定において前記断熱カバーが前記ピンのカバリングを除去し、これにより前記エフェクターチップはこれが固定される第一の適用位置と、これが時計方向若しくは反時計方向に回転する第二の適用位置をとり、
前記第二の設定において前記断熱カバーが前記エフェクターチップをカバーする休止位置となる、
低侵襲外科的心臓アブレーション用クライオアプリケータ。 - 前記第二の平面に沿って前記エフェクターチップが10°〜45°の角度で屈曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記第一の平面に沿って前記エフェクターチップが75°〜90°の角度で屈曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記断熱カバーの末端が、前記断熱カバーの中間部分よりも大きい直径を有するリングである、請求項1から3に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記断熱カバーの末端が円錐台であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記断熱カバーがポリテトラフルオロエチレンで作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記ピンが耐酸性の鋼で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記エフェクターチップが金と銅の合金で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記ピンが1H18N9T鋼で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記エフェクターチップが金とアルミニウムの合金から作られていることを特徴とする、請求項7または9に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記第一の平面は前記第二の平面と非並行であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
- 前記第一の平面は前記第二の平面に対して垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のクライオアプリケータ。
