Claims (12)
- マイクロフォン(2)用の電子回路(10)であって、前記電子回路(10)は、
変換器により供給される、電子回路(10)の電気的入力信号を、前置増幅する入力段であって、前記入力段の利得が調整可能である入力段と、
前記入力段の出力信号を処理することにより、マイクロフォンの出力に出力信号を供給する出力段であって、前記前置増幅する入力段に接続されたゲートを有するトランジスタ増幅器を備える出力段と、
前記出力段の動作電流を設定するために配置構成された可変出力負荷であって、前記出力段の前記トランジスタ増幅器のソースに接続された可変出力負荷と、
前記前置増幅する入力段に接続され、前記入力段の出力信号を採取する測定回路と、
前記入力段の採取された出力信号に応じて可変出力負荷と前記入力段の利得とを調整するために構成された自動制御回路と、
を備える電子回路。 - 前記電子回路(10)は、2端子モードで動作可能な、前記マイクロフォンの出力及び、電源供給又はグラウンドのための第1の端子(MIC_VDD)を備える、請求項1に記載の電子回路。
- 前記電子回路(10)は、2端子モードで動作可能であり、
前記電子回路(10)は、
前記マイクロフォンの出力及び、電源供給のために構成された第1の端子(MIC_VDD)と、
グラウンドのための第2の端子(MIC_GND)と、
前記出力段の前記トランジスタ増幅器のソースに接続された第3の端子(MIC_OUT)と、
前記可変出力負荷が並列に接続された2端子モード構成回路網と、
を備える、請求項2に記載の電子回路。 - 前記2端子モード構成回路網は、少なくとも一つの可変回路素子を備える、請求項3に記載の電子回路。
- 前記2端子モード構成回路網は、少なくとも一つのチップ上可変抵抗器を備える、請求項3乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記2端子モード構成回路網は、第2の抵抗器(RLDC)に並列配置された第1の抵抗器(RLAC)を備え、前記第1の抵抗器(RLAC)はコンデンサ(CL)に直列接続される、請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記測定回路とは、ピーク検出器を備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記可変出力負荷は、可変抵抗器を備える、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記可変出力負荷は、スイッチング可能な抵抗器アレイを備える、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記変換器は、差動変換器である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の電子回路。
- 前記電子回路(10)を有するマイクロフォン(2)であって、
前記マイクロフォン(2)は、前記変換器を備える、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロフォン。 - 前記変換器は、音響入力信号を電気信号に変換するように構成され、ダイアフラム及び一つ以上のバックプレートを備え、前記ダイアフラム及び前記バックプレートのそれぞれの間の距離は、1μm乃至10μmの範囲内にある、
請求項11に記載のマイクロフォン(2)。
