Description

The present invention relates to a scattering prevention device that prevents scattering of a dismantling material that occurs during dismantling work of a building using a temporary scaffold, and a curing method using the scattering prevention device.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there has been proposed a technique of providing a protective net by using a temporary scaffold in order to prevent the dismantling material from scattering during the dismantling work of a building. For example, in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2018-040169, a plurality of pillars attached to a temporary scaffold and capable of expanding and contracting in the vertical direction, a wire installed between the plurality of pillars, and a plurality of pillars and a protection held by the wires are disclosed. A scattering prevention device including a net has been proposed (Patent Document 1).

Although Patent Document 1 does not disclose a specific method for expanding the protective net, a wire is inserted along the upper edge of the protective net, and the wire is inserted into an eyebolt provided at the upper end of each column. After this, it is considered that the columns are extended by expanding the nested columns into a plurality of columns up one step at a time.

However, since a considerable amount of force is required to lift the protective net and the support at the same time, there is a problem that the burden on the operator is large and a large number of people are required. In addition, in order to extend the protective net to a high position, it is necessary to extend the nested support column upwards a plurality of times, which causes a problem that the extension work is complicated and takes time. Further, there is a problem that the cost is high in preparing a large number of telescopic columns that are configured to be expandable and contractible. Therefore, it was not practical.

The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and can spread a curing net easily and quickly with a cheap and simple structure, and can prevent the dismantling material from scattering. Embodiments of a shatterproof device and a curing method using the same according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, a scattering prevention device 1 according to the present invention prevents scattering of dismantling material that occurs during dismantling work of a building using a temporary scaffold. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the anti-scattering device 1 includes a plurality of support pipes 2 arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and an operation wire 3 inserted into each of the support pipes 2. It has a curing net 4 attached to the tip of each operation wire 3. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described.

As shown in FIG. 4, the pillar pipe 2 is connected to the upper end connecting portion 11 of the building frame 10 in the uppermost stage of the temporary scaffolds assembled in a plurality of stages. In the present embodiment, the support pipe 2 is composed of a hollow aluminum pipe, and as shown in FIG. 2, the distal end portion and the proximal end portion of the operation wire 3 are located above and below the outer peripheral surface thereof. Wire insertion holes 21 through which the respective wires are inserted are formed.

Further, the lower end side of the pillar pipe 2 has an inner diameter capable of being inserted into and removed from the upper end connecting portion 11 of the building frame 10, and a pin for inserting and connecting the connecting pin 12 provided in the upper end connecting portion 11 It has an insertion hole 22. In addition, in this embodiment, in order to improve the workability, the lower end of the pillar pipe 2 is inserted and connected to the upper end connecting portion 11 of the building frame 10, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and a connecting clamp or the like. You may connect the lower end part of the support pipe 2 and the upper end connection part 11 of the building frame 10 using.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of communication holes 23 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the support pipe 2 at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction. The communication hole 23 is adapted to communicate with a fixed string (not shown) or the like for binding and fixing the side edge portion of the curing net 4.

The operation wire 3 is a wire for operating the lifting operation of the curing net 4. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the operation wire 3 is inserted into the support pipe 2, and the tip end thereof is output from the wire insertion hole 21 provided above the support pipe 2, and The end portion is projected from the wire insertion hole 21 provided at the lower position of the support pipe 2.

In the present embodiment, the distal end portion and the proximal end portion of the operation wire 3 are drawn out from the wire insertion holes 21 provided on the upper and lower sides of the support pipe 2, but the configuration is not limited to this. Specifically, the tip portion of the operation wire 3 may be projected from the upper end opening of the support pipe 2. Further, when the lower end portion of the support pipe 2 and the upper end connection portion 11 of the building frame 10 are connected by the above-described connecting clamp or the like, the base end portion of the operation wire 3 may be extended from the lower end opening of the support pipe 2. ..

Further, in the present embodiment, a connecting tool 5 for connecting with the curing net 4 is attached to the distal end portion of the operation wire 3, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3A, the connecting tool 5 has a substantially C-shaped main body member 51 and an opening / closing member 53 that opens and closes an opening 52 of the main body member 51. In the present embodiment, the opening / closing member 53 is biased by the elastic force of the spring in the direction of closing the opening 52, and opens the opening 52 when pushed inward.

The connector 5 is not limited to the above configuration, and as shown in FIG. 3B, a long nut is used as the opening / closing member 53, and the long nut is rotated to rotate the main member 51. The opening 52 may be opened and closed. Alternatively, when it is not necessary to remove the curing net 4, the tip of the operation wire 3 may be attached directly to the curing net 4.

The curing net 4 receives the dismantled material scattered during the dismantling work. In the present embodiment, the curing net 4 is composed of a polyester Russell net or the like, and as shown in FIG. It has become.

Next, the operation of the shatterproof device 1 of the present embodiment and the curing method using the shatterproof device 1 will be described.

When the surroundings of the building to be demolished are cured using the shatterproof device 1 of the present embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 4, among the temporary scaffolds assembled in a plurality of stages, the building frame 10 in the uppermost stage is used. The support pipe 2 is connected to the upper end connecting portion 11 of the above, and a plurality of support pipes 2 are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals (support pipe connecting step). At this time, the connecting pin 12 projects from the pin insertion hole 22 only by inserting the lower end portion of the support pipe 2 into the upper end connecting portion 11 of the building frame 10, and thus the connection is simple and quick. Further, at this stage, since the curing net 4 is not attached, the weight is light and the burden on the worker is small.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the curing net 4 is attached to the tip of each operation wire 3 (curing net attaching step). At this time, in the present embodiment, the connector 5 attached to the distal end of the operation wire 3 easily opens and closes the opening 52 by the opening / closing member 53, so that the curing net 4 can be easily and quickly attached.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6, the base end portion of each operation wire 3 is pulled to pull up the curing net 4 (operation wire pulling step). As a result, the curing net 4 is suspended from the upper end portion of the support pipe 2 and is stretched in the substantially vertical direction. At this time, the operator only has to pull up the operation wires 3 one by one, and the spreading work is simplified and speeded up. Further, since the curing net 4 is relatively lightweight, the operation wire 3 can be smoothly pulled with a light force.

Further, in the present embodiment, the connecting tool 5 is attached to the distal end portion of the operation wire 3 pulled out from the wire insertion hole 21. Therefore, even if the proximal end portion of the operation wire 3 is accidentally pulled too much, the connector 5 is prevented from being caught in the wire insertion hole 21 and the distal end portion of the operation wire 3 entering the inside of the support pipe 2.

After pulling up the curing net 4, the proximal ends of the pulled operation wires 3 are fixed to the building frame 10 and the like (operation wire fixing step). As a result, the curing net 4 is held in a stretched state along the substantially vertical direction. In addition, in the present embodiment, the side edge portion of the curing net 4 is bound by a fixed string (not shown) inserted through the communication hole 23 of the support pipe 2. As a result, the curing net 4 is less likely to swing due to the wind or the like, and the dispersal material scattering prevention function is stably maintained.

According to this embodiment as described above, the following effects are obtained.
1. Although the structure is inexpensive and simple, the curing net 4 can be spread easily and quickly to prevent the dismantling material from scattering.
2. The tip of the operation wire 3 can be prevented from entering the inside of the support pipe 2, and the curing net 4 can be easily and quickly attached to the tip of the operation wire 3.
3. It is possible to maintain the stretched state of the curing net 4 and to stably maintain the scattering prevention function of the dismantled material.
4. The support pipe 2 can be easily and quickly connected to the existing building frame 10.
5. Even with one worker, the curing net 4 can be safely and safely deployed.

The shatterproof device 1 according to the present invention and the curing method using the shatterproof device 1 are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately modified.
