Claims (13)
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
空気入口及び空気出口と;
液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持する液体貯蔵部分であって、液体出口を有する前記液体貯蔵部分と;
前記空気入口から前記空気出口までの、前記液体出口を通る空気流通路であって、空気が前記空気入口から前記空気出口まで前記空気流通路を通って流れる際に、前記液体出口で前記空気流通路内に圧力降下が存するように成形された、前記空気流通路と;
前記液体出口と前記空気出口との間に配置された、前記空気流通路内のヒーター要素と、を含み、
前記ヒーター要素が前記空気流通路にまたがり、および流体透過性である、前記エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記空気流通路が、前記空気入口と比較して前記液体出口で縮小された断面を有する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が、前記エアロゾル形成基体用の密閉容器を提供し、流体が、前記液体出口を介する以外に、前記容器に流入または前記容器から流出できないようにする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が、空気入口バルブを含み、前記バルブが開位置の際には空気が前記液体貯蔵部分に流入できるようにし、閉位置の際には流入できないようにする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記システムが、空気の所定の流量が前記空気流通路を介して流れる際に、前記バルブが閉位置になるよう制御されるように構成される、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が環状ハウジングを含み、および前記空気流通路が前記環状ハウジングを貫通して延在する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記液体出口が環状である、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記ヒーター要素が、ヒーターフィラメントのメッシュ、アレイ、または繊維を含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記ヒーター要素に接続した電力電源を含み、作動中に前記ヒーター要素が抵抗加熱される、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 使い捨てのカートリッジと、装置とを含み、前記カートリッジが前記液体貯蔵部分を含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記カートリッジが前記ヒーター要素を含む、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- エアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジであって、
空気入口及び空気出口と;
液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持する液体貯蔵部分であって、液体出口を有する前記液体貯蔵部分と;
前記空気入口から前記空気出口までの、前記液体出口を通る空気流通路であって、空気が前記空気入口から前記空気出口まで前記空気流通路を通って流れる際に、前記液体出口で前記空気流通路内に圧力降下が存するように成形された、前記空気流通路と、
前記空気流通路において、前記液体出口と前記空気出口との間のヒーター要素と、を含み、
前記ヒーター要素が前記空気流通路にまたがり、および流体透過性である、前記カートリッジ。 - 液体エアロゾル形成基体からエアロゾルを発生させる方法であって、
液体出口を有する液体貯蔵部分を提供することと;
前記液体出口を通る空気流通路を提供することと;
前記液体出口で空気流に圧力降下をもたらすことによって、液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記液体出口から前記空気流通路の前記空気流に引き出すことと、前記空気流中の液体を前記空気流通路にまたがる流体透過性であるヒーター要素に運ぶことであって、前記ヒーター要素が前記液体を気化させて蒸気を供給する、前記運ぶことと;
前記蒸気を冷却してエアロゾルを供給することと、を含む、前記方法。
