Description
1. 微生物制御を用いて糖含有植物材料から糖を生成する方法であって、糖含有植物原材料、上記原材料に由来する成分、又は上記植物原材料及び上記成分の少なくとも一方を含有する媒体の少なくとも1つを、モノクロラミンを用いて処理することを含む、方法。
2. 上記糖含有植物原材料がテンサイ、サトウキビ、トウモロコシ、ソルガム、シュガーパーム樹液若しくは糖汁、カエデ樹液若しくは糖汁、ココナッツ糖、ネクタリン、パイナップル、マンゴー、ジャックフルーツ、モモ、カンタロープ、アプリコット、バナナ、ブドウ、リンゴ、西洋ナシ、サクランボ、オレンジ、又はそれらの任意の組合せである、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
3. 上記モノクロラミンが、上記方法が行われる系において糖含有植物原材料1トン当たり約1 g〜約1000 gのモノクロラミンの注入量にて注入される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
4. 上記モノクロラミンが水性希釈形態において添加される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
5. 上記モノクロラミンが約100 ppm〜約15000 ppmの濃度の水性希釈形態において添加される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
6. 上記モノクロラミンを水性形態において糖含有植物原材料に噴霧する、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
7. 上記モノクロラミンが、水性形態において上記糖含有植物原材料、上記原材料に由来する成分、又は上記植物原材料及び上記原材料に由来する成分の少なくとも一方を含有する媒体の少なくとも1つと接触する又は接触させる加工水に添加される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
8. 微生物制御を用いた糖生成におけるテンサイを加工する方法であって、テンサイの原材料、上記原材料に由来する成分、又は上記テンサイの原材料及び上記成分の少なくとも一方を含有する媒体の少なくとも1つを、モノクロラミンを用いて処理することを含む、方法。
9. 上記モノクロラミンが、上記方法が行われる系においてテンサイの乾燥原材料1トン当たり約1 g〜約1000 gのモノクロラミンの注入量にて注入される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
10. 上記モノクロラミンが水性希釈形態において添加される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
11. 上記モノクロラミンが約100 ppm〜約15000 ppmの濃度の水性希釈形態において添加される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
12. 上記モノクロラミンを用いて少なくとも1つの微生物を制御することを含み、上記微生物がリューコノストック・メゼンテロイデス、ラクトバシラス、及び/又はコッカス種、又はそれらの任意の組合せである、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
13. 原料のテンサイを洗浄する工程と、上記洗浄したテンサイを薄切りにする工程と、上記薄切りにしたテンサイから糖含有植物部を原料の糖汁として熱により抽出する工程と、上記原料の糖汁を精製し、濃度の低い糖汁を生成する工程と、上記濃度の低い糖汁を蒸発させ、濃度の高い糖汁を生成する工程と、上記濃度の高い糖汁を煮沸し、結晶−糖蜜混合物を形成させる工程と、遠心分離し、糖結晶を糖蜜から分離させる工程と、上記糖結晶を乾燥させる工程とを含み、上記モノクロラミンが上記工程の少なくとも1つにおいて導入される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
14. 上記モノクロラミンが上記工程の2つ以上において導入される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
15. モノクロラミン処理が薄切りにする前のビートに、拡散器の果肉圧搾水に、拡散の最終水に、薄切りにされたビートの熱交換器にて、浄化(精製)段階にて、糖集塵機にて、副生成物である糖液中に、蒸留廃液(蒸留かす)に、又はそれらの任意の組合せにおいて行われる、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。
16. 上記モノクロラミンが、上記方法がアンモニア又はアンモニウム塩と次亜塩素酸ナトリウムとを反応させることにより行われる現場にて調製される、上記又は下記の実施形態/特徴/態様のいずれかに記載の方法。

Claims (9)
- 微生物制御を用いて糖含有植物材料から糖を生成する方法であって、糖含有植物原材料、又は前記植物原材料を含有する媒体を、調製済みのモノクロラミンを用いて処理することを含み、前記糖含有植物原材料が糖含有野菜材料、及び/又は糖含有果物材料、及び/又は糖含有樹木の樹液若しくは糖汁、又は他の糖含有植物材料であって、別々であり又はそれらの任意の組合せであり、及び前記モノクロラミンが、上記方法が行われる系において糖含有植物原材料1トン当たり1 g〜1000 gのモノクロラミンの注入量にて注入され、ここで前記処理が前記モノクロラミンを前記糖含有植物原材料又は前記媒体に前記注入量にて添加することを含み、ここで前記モノクロラミンが100 ppm〜15000 ppmの濃度の水性希釈形態において添加され、該モノクロラミンは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム及びアンモニアのモル比が1:1で調製される、方法。
- 前記糖含有野菜材料がビート、サトウキビ、トウモロコシ及び/又はソルガムであり、及び前記糖含有果物材料がネクタリン、パイナップル、マンゴー、ジャックフルーツ、モモ、カンタロープ、アプリコット、バナナ、ブドウ、リンゴ、西洋ナシ、サクランボ及び/又はオレンジであり、及び前記糖含有樹木の樹液若しくは糖汁がカエデ樹液若しくは糖汁、シュガーパーム樹液若しくは糖汁及び/又はココナッツ糖である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モノクロラミンを水性形態において前記糖含有植物原材料に噴霧する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モノクロラミンが、水性形態において前記糖含有植物原材料又は前記植物原材料を含有する媒体と接触する又は接触させる加工水に添加される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 微生物制御を用いた糖生成におけるビート糖を加工する方法であって、ビート糖の原材料又は前記ビート糖の原材料を含有する媒体を、調製済みのモノクロラミンを用いて処理することを含み、前記モノクロラミンが、前記方法が行われる系においてビート糖の乾燥原材料1トン当たり1 g〜1000 gのモノクロラミンの注入量にて注入され、ここで前記処理が前記モノクロラミンを前記ビート糖の原材料又は前記媒体に前記注入量にて添加することを含み、ここで前記モノクロラミンが100 ppm〜15000 ppmの濃度の水性希釈形態において添加され、該モノクロラミンは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム及びアンモニアのモル比が1:1で調製される、方法。
- 前記モノクロラミンを用いて微生物を制御することを含み、前記微生物がリューコノストック・メゼンテロイデス、ラクトバシラス、又はそれらの任意の組合せから選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 原料のビートを洗浄する工程と、前記洗浄したビートを薄切りにする工程と、前記薄切りにしたビートから糖含有植物部を原料の糖汁として熱により抽出する工程と、前記原料の糖汁を精製し、濃度の低い糖汁を生成する工程と、前記濃度の低い糖汁を蒸発させ、濃度の高い糖汁を生成する工程と、前記濃度の高い糖汁を煮沸し、結晶−糖蜜混合物を形成させる工程と、遠心分離し、糖結晶を糖蜜から分離させる工程と、前記糖結晶を乾燥させる工程とを含み、前記モノクロラミンが前記工程の少なくとも1つにおいて導入される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記モノクロラミンが前記工程の2つ以上において導入される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- モノクロラミン処理が薄切りにする前のビートに、拡散器の果肉圧搾水に、拡散の最終水に、薄切りにされたビートの熱交換器にて、精製段階である浄化段階にて、糖集塵機にて、副生成物である糖液中に、蒸留かすである蒸留廃液に、又はそれらの任意の組合せにおいて行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。
