Claims (5)
- 蠕動ポンプであって、
ロータと、
トラックアセンブリであって、前記ロータから離間し、前記ロータと前記トラックアセンブリとの間にn個の管を受容し、ここで、n=2m、mは正の整数かつm≧2であり、前記管は、吐出口を有するマニホールドによって前記ロータの下流で互いに流体的に接続される、トラックアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記ロータと前記トラックアセンブリとのうちの1つは、前記n個の管のそれぞれについて閉鎖面を含み、
前記閉鎖面は、n個の異なる角度位置に位置し、前記閉鎖面間の角度オフセットは、それぞれの管と関連する脈動をオフセットし、全体の脈動を前記吐出口で低減するようになっており、
トラックアセンブリは、それぞれが閉鎖面の1つを定めるn個のトラック部を備え、前記トラック部は、互いから角度オフセットしている、蠕動ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の蠕動ポンプであって、前記n個の管は、m対の管から構成され、対のうちの管のそれぞれは、ほぼ同じ直径を有し、管の少なくとも2つの対は、異なる直径を有する、蠕動ポンプ。
- 請求項2に記載の蠕動ポンプであって、管の対は、対応する閉鎖面の角度位置が、より小さい直径の管の対およびより大きい直径の管の対について交互配置されるように、配置される、蠕動ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蠕動ポンプであって、それぞれの閉鎖面間の角度オフセットθは、v/nにほぼ等しく、ここで、vは、閉鎖面の行程容積である、蠕動ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蠕動ポンプであって、前記ロータは、複数のローラを備える、蠕動ポンプ。
