Description
a)溶融状態のポリマー材料、及び、他のポリマー材料によって形成した多数の繊維が供給され;
b)前記溶融状態のポリマー材料の内部に前記繊維が埋め込まれ;
c)前記繊維をトラップするため、前記溶融状態のポリマー材料を硬化させ;
d)前記硬化したポリマー材料において前記合成リードが形成され;
前記「他のポリマー材料」が、熱可塑性ポリマー材料である。
優先的には、マトリックスを形成する前記ポリマー材料は、熱可塑性ポリマー材料である。
Claims (8)
- ポリマー材料からなるマトリックス、及び、前記マトリックスの内部に埋め込まれた、他のポリマー材料からなる多数の補強繊維を有する管楽器用の合成リード(55)であって、
前記他のポリマー材料が熱可塑性ポリマー材料であり、
多数の繊維からなる補強繊維が、前記マトリックスの内部で、互いに平行に、リードの長手方向に、リードの全長を超えて延在する長繊維であり、
前記ポリマー材料が、熱可塑性ポリマー材料であり、前記ポリマー材料及び前記他のポリマー材料が、ポリオレフィン系に属していることを特徴とする合成リード。 - 前記ポリマー材料が、プロピレンエチレンポリプロピレンターポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の合成リード。
- 前記ポリマー材料が、0.80〜0.92の相対密度を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の合成リード。
- 前記他のポリマー材料が、ポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の合成リード。
- 前記他のポリマー材料が、前記ポリマー材料の融点よりも高い融点を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の合成リード。
- a)溶融状態のポリマー材料、及び、他のポリマー材料によって形成した多数の繊維が供給されるステップであって、前記他のポリマー材料が、熱可塑性ポリマー材料であるステップと、
b)前記溶融状態のポリマー材料の内部に前記繊維が埋め込まれるステップと、
c)前記繊維をトラップするため、前記溶融状態のポリマー材料を硬化させるステップと、
d)前記硬化したポリマー材料において前記合成リードが形成されるステップと、を含み、
ステップa)において、溶融状態の熱可塑性ポリマー材料、及び、多数の長繊維が供給され、前記ポリマー材料及び前記他のポリマー材料が、ポリオレフィン系に属し、
ステップb)において、前記多数の繊維を前記ポリマー材料の内部に埋め込むために、また、リードの全長に沿って前記繊維が互いに平行に延在するリードを形成するために、前記多数の繊維からなる繊維が、実質的に互いに平行に維持されることを特徴とする合成リードの製造方法。 - ステップa)において供給される前記ポリマー材料が、プロピレンエチレンポリプロピレンターポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の合成リードの製造方法。
- 前記他のポリマー材料が、前記ポリマー材料よりも高い融点を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の合成リードの製造方法。
