現場に配置された手動バルブの開閉動作を中央制御側から遠隔操作するバルブ開閉システムであって、
前記手動バルブの操作を現場で行なうか中央制御側で行なうかの切り換えを行なう現場/中央切換用手動バルブと、
前記現場/中央切換用手動バルブが現場側に切り替えられている場合に、現場で前記手動バルブの開閉操作を行なうための開閉操作用手動バルブと、
電気的駆動信号に基づいて、前記手動バルブの開閉動作を行なわせ、閉動作時に前記開閉操作用手動バルブの操作を無効化する開閉切換電気的駆動弁と、
中央制御装置と、を備え、
前記中央制御装置は、
開動作または閉動作を指示する開閉操作指示を受け付ける開閉操作部と、
強制閉動作を指示する強制閉操作指示を受け付ける強制操作部と、
インターロック部と、
前記インターロック部から伝達された開閉操作指示あるいは強制閉操作指示に基づく電気的駆動信号を前記開閉切換電気的駆動弁に出力する開閉情報変換部と、を備え、
前記インターロック部は、
前記現場/中央切換用手動バルブの切換状態を取得し、
中央制御側に切り替えられている場合は、前記開閉操作指示および強制閉操作指示を前記開閉情報変換部に伝達し、
現場に切り替えられている場合は、前記開閉操作指示を遮断し、強制閉操作指示を前記開閉情報変換部に伝達することを特徴とするバルブ開閉システム。
