Description
以下、図1を参照しつつ、第1の構成例について具体的に説明する。
以下では、遮蔽部24をスライドさせて遮蔽部24による放電部23の遮蔽を解除する構成について説明する。
Claims (4)
- 電極間に電圧を加えつつ電極間に電流が流れない程度に電極端部を離間させた第1電極と第2電極の端部空隙に導電性液体を侵入させて電極端部間を液中放電によって導通させ、導電性液体を介して電極端部間で発生する液中放電により発生する導電性液体の蒸気爆発によって衝撃波を発生させるものであり、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極の間に電圧を印加する電源部と、対向離間配置された前記第1電極と前記第2電極の電極端部を包括的且つ水密に覆蓋する遮蔽部と、前記遮蔽部の外部を浸漬する導電性液体を保持する保持容器と、前記遮蔽部に覆蓋された前記第1電極と前記第2電極の電極端部間に前記導電性液体を導入する液導入部と、を備えることを特徴とする衝撃波発生装置。 - 前記液導入部は、前記遮蔽部を前記第1電極又は第2電極に沿ってスライド移動させることにより、前記第1電極と前記第2電極の電極端部間に前記導電性液体を導入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃波発生装置。
- 前記液導入部は、前記遮蔽部を破断して前記第1電極と前記第2電極の電極端部間に前記導電性液体を導入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃波発生装置。
- 前記電源部は、高電圧発生回路と容量素子とを有し、前記容量素子の一方の端子が前記第1電極に接続され、前記容量素子の他方の端子が前記第2電極に接続されており、
前記高電圧発生回路が前記容量素子を充電した後、前記液導入部が前記遮蔽部に覆蓋された前記第1電極と前記第2電極の電極端部間に前記導電性液体を導入し、当該導電性液体によって前記第1電極の端部と前記第2電極の端部の間が電気的に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の衝撃波発生装置。
