Description
The present invention relates to a peeling device that peels a long sheet material adhered to an adhesive section provided in a transport section from the adhesive section, and a recording system.
Techniques relating to a peeling device have been proposed. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses an inkjet printing apparatus. The inkjet printing apparatus prints a fabric. The ink jet printing apparatus includes an endless belt, an upstream drive roller and a downstream drive roller, a winding roller, and a peeling roller. The endless belt has an adhesive surface to which the fabric is attached, and conveys the fabric from upstream to downstream. The upstream drive roller and the downstream drive roller drive the endless belt. The take-up roller is installed downstream of the downstream drive roller and takes up the fabric. The peeling roller is provided between the downstream drive roller and the winding roller, and peels the fabric from the endless belt.
Patent Document 2 discloses a printing apparatus. The printing device includes a printing unit and a tension roll. The printing unit is a unit that draws a picture or a character on a fabric by a continuous discharge charge control type inkjet system. The printing unit has a plurality of line heads. The tension roll applies tension to the fabric that has been subjected to the print processing in the printing section, downstream of the printing section. Along with this, the fabric is peeled off from the conveyor belt.
In a predetermined apparatus or system, when a long sheet material is continuously conveyed, a conveyance unit may be used. The transport unit may be provided with an adhesive unit. In this case, in the transport unit, the long sheet material is transported with the back surface of the sheet material adhered to the adhesive portion. Therefore, a peeling device is used together with the transport unit. The peeling device peels the sheet material from the adhesive section. At this time, the peeling device pulls the sheet material in a state where the peeling portion is in contact with the back surface of the sheet material.
In the transport section, the back surface of the sheet material attached to the adhesive section may become dirty. For example, it is assumed that the transport unit is a device included in a recording device in the recording system. In this case, an image is recorded by the recording agent on the surface of the sheet material conveyed by the conveyance unit. At this time, the recording agent reaches the back surface of the sheet material, and the back surface of the sheet material may be stained. In the peeling device, as described above, the sheet material is pulled by the peeling unit. Therefore, the back surface of the sheet material is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the peeling portion. When the back surface of the sheet material is soiled, it is conceivable that contaminants on the back surface of the sheet material adhere to the outer peripheral surface of the peeling portion in contact with the back surface. Based on the recording system, for example, the recording agent becomes a contaminant. It is also assumed that the adhesive in the adhesive portion becomes a contaminant. The outer peripheral surface of the peeling portion is stained by the attachment of contaminants. The contaminants adhering to the outer peripheral surface of the peeling part may further adhere to the back surface of the sheet material during peeling. As a result, contaminants also adhere to the back surface of the sheet material where the back surface is not contaminated, and the back surface of the clean sheet material may become dirty.
An object of the present invention is to provide a peeling device and a recording system that can suppress contamination of the back surface of a long sheet material to be peeled when peeling from an adhesive portion.
One aspect of the present invention is a state in which the back surface of the sheet material, which is opposite to the front surface of the long sheet material on which an image is recorded, is attached to an adhesive portion provided in a transport unit of the recording apparatus. Transported in the transport direction along the longitudinal direction of the sheet material by the transport unit, an image is recorded on the surface by a recording agent by a recording unit of the recording device, and transported in the transport direction through the recording unit The sheet material is pulled in a state where the outer peripheral surface is in contact with the back surface of the sheet material, and a peeling unit that peels the sheet material from the adhesive portion, and the outer peripheral surface of the peeling unit is separated from the back surface of the sheet material. A cleaning section that cleans an outer peripheral surface of the peeling section with a cleaning liquid in a region where the peeling section is driven, by a driving force from a driving section, a driving roller that rotates in a direction corresponding to the transport direction. Separated from the drive roller. A driven roller that is arranged and rotatably supported, and is bridged between the driving roller and the driven roller, contacts a back surface of the sheet material at a part of the outer peripheral surface, and rotates with the rotation of the driving roller. And an endless annular peeling belt, wherein the driven roller rotates following the peeling belt that rotates with the rotation of the driving roller, and the cleaning unit rotates as the outer peripheral surface of the peeling unit. A peeling device for cleaning an outer circumferential surface of a peeling belt with a cleaning liquid in a region where an outer circumferential surface of the peeling belt is separated from a back surface of the sheet material .
According to this stripping apparatus, the contaminants attached to the outer peripheral surface of the stripping section can be cleaned by the cleaning section. The outer peripheral surface of the peeling portion can be kept clean. Washing fluid is widely interpreted. That is, the cleaning liquid may be any liquid that can clean contaminants attached to the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt. The cleaning liquid includes, for example, a solution containing water or a predetermined cleaning agent.
Further, by forming the outer peripheral surface of the peeling portion with the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt, the circumferential length of the outer peripheral surface of the peeling portion can be set to a desired length. The degree of freedom in design can be increased with respect to the arrangement of the cleaning unit with respect to the peeling unit. The range in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt (the outer peripheral surface of the peeling portion) that can be cleaned can be appropriately set. For example, it is easy to lengthen the range described above. When a predetermined position on the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt is used as a reference, a time interval until the reference position contacts the back surface of the sheet material again can be set as appropriate. For example, it is easy to extend the bus a time interval mentioned above. The time interval that extend bus, it is possible to extend the time available for cleaning. The outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt can be kept clean.
The drive roller may be in contact with a part of an inner peripheral surface of the peeling belt opposite to a part of an outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt that is in contact with the back surface of the sheet material. According to this configuration, the peeling belt can be rotated at a position where the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt is in contact with the back surface of the sheet material. The driving force can be applied directly to the portion of the peeling belt that contacts the back surface of the sheet material.
The cleaning unit includes a discharge unit that discharges a cleaning liquid to the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt, and a liquid removing unit that removes the cleaning liquid from the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt, and the liquid removing unit is more than the discharging unit. The peeling belt may be provided on a traveling side in a rotating direction. According to this configuration, the cleaning liquid can be supplied to the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt. The cleaning liquid can be removed from the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt wet by the cleaning liquid.
The cleaning unit includes a wiping unit that contacts an outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt and wipes an outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt. The wiping unit includes the discharging unit and the liquid removing unit in a direction in which the peeling belt rotates. , May be provided between them. According to this configuration, the outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt can be wetted with the cleaning liquid before the wiping. The outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt wetted by the cleaning liquid can be wiped by the wiping unit. Thereafter, the cleaning liquid can be removed from the wiped outer peripheral surface of the peeling belt.

The inkjet heads 31Y, 31M, 31C, 31K are line-type inkjet heads. In the line type inkjet heads 31Y, 31M, 31C and 31K, a plurality of nozzles are arranged in the short direction. The region in the short direction in which the plurality of nozzles are arranged is a range corresponding to the width of the sheet material 3. For example, a region in the short direction in which a plurality of nozzles are arranged is a range equal to or larger than the width of the sheet material 3.

The

In the

The
The

In the
The
In the

<Effects of Embodiment>
According to the embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

<Modification>
Embodiments can also be as follows. Some of the configurations of the modifications described below may be appropriately combined and adopted. Hereinafter, points different from the above will be described, and description of the same points will be appropriately omitted.

(2) In the

3, the
The outer
(3) The
(4) In the
(5) In the
