Description
本発明は、フィルタエレメントに関する。さらに本発明は、このようなフィルタエレメントを有するフィルタモジュールに関する。この場合は、フィルタエレメントにより流体を濾過することができる、ということが想定されている。
本発明によるフィルタエレメントは、有利には、既に濾過された粒子がポンプに戻る恐れ無しで、流体の逆流を可能にする。このために本発明によるフィルタエレメントは、第1の濾材と、特に第1の濾材とは異なっていてもよい第2の濾材とを有している。フィルタエレメントはさらに、未濾過側と濾過済み側とを有しており、未濾過側を介して流体はフィルタエレメント内へ流入可能であり、濾過済み側を介して流体はフィルタエレメントから流出可能になっている。第1の濾材と第2の濾材とは両方共、フィルタエレメントの濾過済み側と未濾過側との間に直接に配置されていることが想定されている。特に、第1の濾材と第2の濾材とは、その作用形式において互いに並列的に配置されていることが想定されている。
図1には、本発明の実施例に基づくフィルタエレメント1が概略的な分解図で示されている。図2は、図1を断面線A−Aに沿って断面した図である。
Claims (9)
- フィルタエレメント(1)であって、
第1の濾材(2)と、
第2の濾材(3)と、を有し、
当該フィルタエレメント(1)は、未濾過側(4)と濾過済み側(5)とを有し、前記未濾過側(4)を介して流体が流入可能であり、前記濾過済み側(5)を介して流体が流出可能であり、
前記第1の濾材(2)および前記第2の濾材(3)は、前記未濾過側(4)と前記濾過済み側(5)との間に直接に配置されており、
前記第1の濾材(2)は、前記濾過済み側(5)から前記未濾過側(4)に向かう流体流動方向において、前記第2の濾材(3)よりも小さな、相対的な圧力損失を有しており、
前記第2の濾材(3)は、中空円筒状であり、かつ少なくとも一方の端面(8)に、蓋部材(6)を有し、前記第1の濾材(2)は、前記蓋部材(6)に配置されている、
フィルタエレメント(1)。 - 前記第1の濾材(2)は表面フィルタであり、かつ/または前記第2の濾材(3)はデプスフィルタである、請求項1記載のフィルタエレメント(1)。
- 前記第1の濾材(2)と前記第2の濾材(3)とは、それぞれ異なる寸法を有している、請求項1または2記載のフィルタエレメント(1)。
- 前記蓋部材(6)は、中空円筒状であり、かつ流体を前記濾過済み側(5)から流出させるために、一方の端面(7)に出口(9)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタエレメント(1)。
- 前記蓋部材(6)は外周面(10)に、前記濾過済み側(5)を前記未濾過側(4)に接続する少なくとも1つの開口(11)を有し、前記第1の濾材(2)は、前記少なくとも1つの開口(11)を覆っている、請求項4記載のフィルタエレメント(1)。
- 前記第1の濾材(2)および/または前記第2の濾材(3)は、材料接続的にかつ/または形状接続的にかつ/または摩擦接続的に、前記蓋部材(6)と結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタエレメント(1)。
- 前記第1の濾材(2)と前記第2の濾材(3)とは、それぞれ異なる材料から製造されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタエレメント(1)。
- 前記第1の濾材(2)を通る流体流を選択的に回避するための弁が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタエレメント(1)。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のフィルタエレメント(1)が内部に配置されたケーシング(12)を有する、フィルタモジュール(13)。
