- 前記触媒によって生成された前記メディエーターは、活性酸素種、活性窒素種、過酸化脂質又は脂質酸化生成物、トリプロピルアミン(TPA)、中間原子価化合物、3,3’,5,5’−テトラ−メチルベンジジン(TMB)、窒素酸化物系持続性ラジカル、ラジカル付加体、α−フェニルN−ターシャリー−ブチルニトロン(PBN)、5,5−ジメチル−ピロリンN−オキシド(DMPO)、グルタチオン、グルタチオンジスルフィド、ニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチド(NAD/NADH)、ニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチドリン酸(NADP/NADPH)及びC−ニトロソスピントラップの少なくとも1つを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子プローブ。
- 前記触媒によって生成された前記メディエーターの生成効率は、溶液にエネルギーを供給することによって向上する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子プローブ。
- 前記エネルギーは、化学エネルギー、放射エネルギー、熱エネルギー、電気エネルギー、磁気エネルギー、電磁エネルギー、音波エネルギー、機械エネルギー、又はそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の分子プローブ。
- 前記検出分子と前記標的分子とは、選択的な分子結合によって相互作用し、
前記選択的な分子結合は、タンパク質に基づく相互作用、ヌクレオチド配列に基づく相互作用、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子プローブ。 - 表面上で行われる分子検出アッセイと共に使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子プローブ。
- 標的分子をアッセイする方法であって、
少なくとも1つの分子プローブを溶液中の前記標的分子に結合させるステップであって、前記分子プローブの各々は、
前記標的分子に特異的な検出分子と、
前記検出分子に共有結合又は非共有結合され、前記溶液からメディエーターを生成するための触媒を含む少なくとも1つの標識と、を含み、
前記メディエーターは、前記溶液中に一定期間蓄積することができ、当該メディエーターの濃度又は存在に対応する信号を直接又は間接に生成する化学反応に関与するものである、ステップと、
前記分子プローブの前記標識によって前記メディエーターを生成させて前記溶液に蓄積させるために、前記溶液を一定期間放置するステップと、
前記メディエーターとの化学反応のための反応物質を前記溶液に添加するステップと、
前記化学反応によって生成された信号を測定するステップとを含む、ことを特徴とする標的分子をアッセイする方法。 - 前記溶液を一定期間放置する前記ステップは、
前記溶液にエネルギーを供給するステップをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記エネルギーは、化学エネルギー、放射エネルギー、熱エネルギー、電気エネルギー、磁気エネルギー、電磁エネルギー、音波エネルギー、機械エネルギー、又はそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記標識の前記触媒は、ナノ材料、酵素、金属、及び金属錯体の少なくとも1つを含み、
前記ナノ材料は、ナノ粒子、2次元ナノ構造体、及びバルクナノ構造材料を含み、
前記ナノ粒子は、金属ナノ粒子、フラーレン、及び量子ドットを含み、
