Claims (6)
- フレキシブル回路コネクタであり、リード線と、上側ハウジングと、下側ハウジングと、挿入スナップ部と、を備え、前記上側ハウジングにボタンホールが設けられ、前記ボタンホールにボタンが設けられており、
前記下側ハウジングに回路基板が設置され、前記回路基板の頂面に弾性シートが設置され、前記回路基板は前記リード線の一端に接続され、前記挿入スナップ部が前記回路基板の上方に設置され、前記挿入スナップ部にフレキシブル回路パッドを挿入するキャビティが設置され、前記挿入スナップ部に二本の弾性アームが平行に設置され、各前記弾性アームの自由端にスナップ鉤が設置され、二つの前記スナップ鉤は前記フレキシブル回路パッドの凹部内にスナップフィットし、前記フレキシブル回路パッドをスナップフィットして固定させ、前記フレキシブル回路パッドの底面は前記回路基板の頂面における弾性シートに密着させ、前記ボタンが押下された場合、二本の前記弾性アームを下方に湾曲させ、前記挿入スナップ部における二つの前記スナップ鉤を前記フレキシブル回路パッドの凹部から離脱させ、
前記挿入スナップ部は一体構造であり、前記挿入スナップ部に二本の固定アームが設置され、前記固定アームは、前記弾性アームに平行し、前記弾性アームより高く設置され、前記固定アームと前記弾性アームとの間にフレキシブル回路パッドを挿入する前記キャビティが形成され、前記スナップ鉤に近接し、前記スナップ鉤の外側に位置する突出部は各前記弾性アームの自由端の頂面に設置され、前記ボタンの底部にボタン円柱が設置され、前記ボタンが押下された場合、前記ボタン円柱は下方に位置する前記弾性アームの自由端における突出部を下方へ押さえる、
ことを特徴とするフレキシブル回路コネクタ。 - 前記挿入スナップ部の後端に前記弾性アームの固定端の頂部に連結する二本のリブが対称に設置され、前記二本のリブは前記上側ハウジング内に位置する上側凹溝に嵌合して固定させ、前記挿入スナップ部において前記弾性アームの下方の底部に二本の円弧状固定ストリップが対称に設置され、前記二本の円弧状固定ストリップは前記下側ハウジング内に位置する下側凹溝に嵌合して固定させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路コネクタ。
- 前記回路基板における前記リード線に接続した回路に抵抗が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフレキシブル回路コネクタ。
- 前記上側ハウジングの両側にそれぞれ上側ハウジングの滑り止め溝が設置され、前記下側ハウジングの両側にそれぞれ下側ハウジングの滑り止め溝が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフレキシブル回路コネクタ。
- 前記上側ハウジングの両側にそれぞれ上側ハウジングの滑り止め溝が設置され、前記下側ハウジングの両側にそれぞれ下側ハウジングの滑り止め溝が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフレキシブル回路コネクタ。
- 前記挿入スナップ部はプラスチックで射出成形によって形成された一体構造であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフレキシブル回路コネクタ。
