Claims (15)
- MPEG(moving picture expert group)メディア伝送(media transport protocol、MMTP)ストリームをMPEG−2伝送ストリーム(transport stream、TS)に変換する方法であって、
MMTPストリームのMMTPパケットに制限を適用するステップと、
プレゼンテーション時間及びデコーディング時間を協定世界時(coordinatged universal time、UTC)ベースの絶対時間からプログラムクロック基準時間(program clock reference time、PCR)ベースの値に変換するステップと、
仮想受信機バッファモデル(hypothetical receiver buffer model、HRBM)を使用してデータを追加又は除去することなくMPEG−2 TS規則に基づいて前記MMTPストリームを生成するステップと、
前記MMTPパケットのフィールドの値に基づいてTSパケット層、アダプテーションフィールド及びパケット化エレメンタリストリーム(packetized elementary stream、PES)パケットらのMPEG−2 TSパケットフィールドらの値らを決定するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記MMTPパケットに適用される制限は、メディアトラックデータ(media track data)がコーデック初期化情報(codec initialization information)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記MMTPパケットに適用される制限は、前記MMTPパケットのpacket_idフィールドの値が0x0010〜0x1FFEまでの値のうち1つであることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プレゼンテーション時間及び前記デコーディング時間を変換するステップは、プレゼンテーション順序におけるメディアプロセッシングユニット(media processing unit、MPU)中の初期サンプルのプレゼンテーション時間を提供するMPU_timestamp_descriptorに指定された値と、プレゼンテーション順序でムービーフラグメントボックスデータ(movie fragment box data)で知られる前記MPUの初期サンプルに対する相対的な構成時間とを組み合わせるステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定レートRCを有するMMTPデカプセル化バッファから復元されたメディアデータを読み出すステップと、
固定レートRDを有する転送バッファ(TBN)にMPEG−2 TSパケットを伝達するステップとをさらに含み、
ここで、RDは、前記プレゼンテーション時間及び前記デコーディング時間の変換によって決定されるMPEG−2 TSパケットヘッダオーバーヘッドによって固定された量によってRCから増加された比率である請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記MMTPデカプセル化バッファは次のMMTPパケットからデータが前記MMTPデカプセル化バッファに変換のために伝達される前に1秒ごとに削除される請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記TSパケット層の前記MPEG−2 TSパケットフィールドの前記値を決定するステップは、
前記MPEG−2 TSパケットが、f_iフィールド値として「00」又は「01」を有する前記MMTPパケットから変換された最初のパケットの場合、ペイロードユニット開始表示(payload_unit_start_indicator)フィールドを「1」の値に設定するステップと、
前記MPEG−2 TSパケットがしきい値より小さい優先順位フィールドを有するMMTPパケットから変換された場合、転送優先順位(transport_priority)フィールドを「1」の値に設定するステップと、
PIDフィールドを前記MMTPパケットのpacket_idフィールド値に設定するステップと、
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記アダプテーションフィールドの前記MPEG−2 TSパケットフィールドの値を決定するステップは、
前記MPEG−2 TSパケットが「R」フィールド値として「1」を有する前記MMTPパケットから生成された最初のパケットの場合、ランダムアクセス表示(random_access_indicator)フィールドを「1」の値に設定するステップと、
前記MPEG−2 TSパケットがしきい値より小さい優先順位フィールドを有する前記MMTPパケットから変換された場合、エレメンタリストリーム優先順位表示(elementary_stream_priority_indicator)フィールドを「1」の値に設定するステップと、
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記PESパケットの前記MPEG−2 TSパケットフィールドの値を決定するステップは、
ストリーム識別(stream_id)フィールドを前記MMTPパケットのアセットタイプ(asset_type)フィールド値に設定するステップと、
前記MPEG−2 TSパケットがしきい値より小さい優先順位フィールドを有する前記MMTPパケットから変換された場合、PES_priorityフィールドを「1」の値に設定するステップと、
data_alignment_indicatorフィールドを「1」の値に設定するステップと、
PTSフィールドをメディアデータの構成時間から算出された値に設定するステップと、
DTSフィールドを前記メディアデータの前記デコーディング時間から算出された値に設定するステップと、
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - MPEG(moving picture expert group)メディア伝送(media transport protocol、MMTP)ストリームをMPEG−2伝送ストリーム(transport stream、TS)に変換する装置であって、
前記MMTPストリームのMMTPパケットを格納するように構成されたメモリと、
前記メモリに機能的に接続された処理回路と、を含み、
前記処理回路は、
MMTPストリームのMMTPパケットに制限を適用する動作と、
プレゼンテーション時間及びデコーディング時間を協定世界時(coordinatged universal time、UTC)ベースの絶対時間からプログラムクロック基準時間(program clock reference time、PCR)ベースの値に変換する動作と、
仮想受信機バッファモデル(hypothetical receiver buffer model、HRBM)を使用してデータを追加又は除去することなくMPEG−2 TS規則に基づいて前記MMTPストリームを生成する動作と、
前記MMTPパケットのフィールドの値に基づいてTSパケット層、アダプテーションフィールド及びパケット化エレメンタリストリーム(packetized elementary stream、PES)パケットのMPEG−2 TSパケットフィールドの値を決定する動作と、
を行うように構成された装置。 - 前記MMTPパケットに適用される制限は、メディアトラックデータ(media track data)がコーデック初期化情報(codec initialization information)を含む請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記MMTPパケットに適用される制限は、前記MMTPパケットのpacket_idフィールドの値が0x0010〜0x1FFEまでの値のうち1つであることを含む請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記処理回路は、プレゼンテーション順序におけるメディアプロセッシングユニット(media processing unit、MPU)中の初期サンプルのプレゼンテーション時間を提供するMPU_timestamp_descriptorに指定された値と、プレゼンテーション順序でムービーフラグメントボックスデータ(movie fragment box data)で知られる前記MPU中の初期サンプルに対する相対的な構成時間を組み合わせる動作をさらに行う請求項11に記載の装置。
