Claims (6)
- 差動流量計の作動中に2つの第1の流体搬送チャネル(611、615)と2つの第2の流体搬送チャネル(610、616)とを形成する該差動流量計のためのカセットモジュール(69)であって、
カセットモジュールが、前記2つの第1の流体搬送チャネル(611、615)及び前記2つの第2の流体搬送チャネル(610、616)の間の温度差に起因する該チャネルの幾何学的変形が最小にされるか又は防止されるように設計され、
前記2つの第1の流体搬送チャネル(611、615)は互いに鏡面対称に配置され、前記2つの第2の流体搬送チャネル(610、616)は互いに鏡面対称に配置され、前記2つの第1の流体搬送チャネル(611、615)及び前記2つの第2の流体搬送チャネル(610、616)は、4回対称の位置に配置され、前記2つの第1の流体搬送チャネル(611、615)及び前記2つの第2の流体搬送チャネル(610、616)の間の温度差に起因する機械的応力が均一化され、
前記チャネルがその上に取り付けられるベース本体を有し、
前記幾何学的変形は、前記ベース本体の補強構造によって最小にされるか又は防止される、
ことを特徴とするカセットモジュール(69)。 - 差動流量計の作動中に第1の流体搬送チャネル(316)と第2の流体搬送チャネル(317)とを形成する該差動流量計のためのカセットモジュール(319)であって、
前記カセットモジュールが、前記第1の流体搬送チャネル(316)と前記第2の流体搬送チャネル(317)を互いに本質的に直角に配置することにより、前記第1の流体搬送チャネル(316)と前記第2の流体搬送チャネル(317)の間の温度差に起因する該チャネルの幾何学的変形が最小にされるか又は防止されるように設計される、
ことを特徴とするカセットモジュール(319)。 - 前記チャネルの変形に帰属され得る測定値の変化が、ケルビン度あたり0.05パーセント未満になることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のカセットモジュール(319、69)。
- 使い捨て物品として使用するための請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のカセットモジュール(319、69)。
- 流体流れの間で均衡させるための差動流量計(105)であって、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のカセットモジュール(319、69)と、
前記カセットモジュールの前記第1の流体搬送チャネル(316、611、615)に及び前記第2の流体搬送チャネル(317、610、616)に磁場を発生させるための磁石であって、各チャネルが、前記第1の流体搬送チャネル(316、611、615)で及び前記第2の流体搬送チャネル(317、610、616)で電圧をタッピングするための電極対(101、102)を有し、流体が前記第1及び/又は前記第2の流体搬送チャネルを通って流れる時に、前記タッピングされた電圧間の差が、前記第1の流体搬送チャネル(316、611、615)を通る及び前記第2の流体搬送チャネル(317、610、616)を通る流体流れ間の差を示す前記磁石と、
を含むことを特徴とする差動流量計(105)。 - 前記第1の流体搬送チャネル(316、611、615)でタッピングされた電圧と前記第2の流体搬送チャネル(317、610、616)でタッピングされた電圧との間の前記差を決定し、所定の電圧差に基づいて前記流体流れ間の前記差を決定するための評価ユニット(103)を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の差動流量計(105)。
