Description
上記した現在用いられている調整は、製品すなわちデバイスの製造における柔軟性又は汎用性を認めないので、制限的である。
・単純な加法的電気接続作業の調整の必要に応じて後でインダクタンスを低減することになるとしても、利用可能な最大の予備インダクタンス、
・及び/又は、単純な加法的電気接続作業調整の必要に応じて1つ又は複数の後続の電気接続のみによって最小から増加される、利用可能な最大の予備容量(もっとも、代替的な、より実用的でない実施形態においては、調整は減法的であってもよい)。
・このモジュールは、375mm2(25×15mm)よりも小さいか又はこれに等しい面積の主面を有する。
・ISO/IEC7810:2003標準、ID−1による1FF(85.6mm×53.98mm×0.76mm)
・ISO/IEC7810:2003標準による2FF(25mm×15mm×0.76mm)
・ETSI TS 102 221 V9.0.0標準、Mini−UICCによる3FF(15mm×12mm×0.76mm)
・ETSI TS 102 221 V11.0.0標準による4FF(12.3mm×8.8mm×0.67mm)
Claims (12)
- カード体(3)に搭載可能な電子モジュール(2)を備えた無線周波数通信デバイス(1)であって、
前記電子モジュール(2)は、絶縁フィルム(12)を支持体として構成され、
前記絶縁フィルム(12)の第1面(12A)上に延在する少なくとも1つの第1導電プレート(13A)を備え、
前記絶縁フィルム(12)の第2面(12B)上に、
−インダクタンスを有するアンテナヘリックス(5)に接続された調整可能なコンデンサの第2導電プレート(13B〜13H)を備えた無線周波数回路と、
−前記電子無線周波数回路の同調周波数を調整する少なくとも1つの調整素子(17,38)と、を備え、
前記第2導電プレート(13B〜13H)が前記絶縁フィルム(12)の第2面(12B)上に延伸し、前記調整素子(17)が前記コンデンサの容量を調整すべく前記第2導電プレート(13B〜13H)を分割もしくは接続することを特徴とする、無線周波数通信デバイス。 - 前記電子モジュール(2)は375mm2よりも小さいか又はこれに等しい面積を有する前記第1面(12A)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記調整は、前記電子モジュール(2)の内部容量(cc)の5μFよりも大きい変動に等しく、すなわちこの変動を補償することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記電子モジュール(2)を組み込むか又は前記電子モジュール(2)と相互作用するカード体(3)を備えており、前記カード体(3)は電気及び/又は電子回路の電気素子(6,4,5,20)を担持し、前記電気素子は前記電子モジュール(2)と接続又は相互作用するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記電気素子(6,4,5,20)は、無線周波数チップ(6)と、前記アンテナヘリックス(5)と、中継アンテナ(20)と、前記電気回路と接続又は相互作用するように構成された第2の容量(14)との中から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記電子モジュール(2)は、前記第2面(12B)上に、調整可能な前記容量(14)を形成するように少なくとも2つの第2導電プレート(13B,13C)を備えており、前記第2導電プレート(13B,13C)は少なくとも1つの前記調整素子(17)によって電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記2つの第2導電プレート(13B,13C)の間の前記調整素子(17)はボンディングされたワイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記2つの第2導電プレート(13B,13C)の間の前記調整素子(17)は導電性印刷又は導電性堆積であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記調整素子(17)は、前記絶縁フィルム(12)へのメタライゼーションによって事前に配線されており、逆短絡切断マークを有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記アンテナヘリックス(5)は、前記電子モジュール(2)上に形成されており、いくつかの巻き(11)を有するとともに、前記第2面(12B)に通じる接続端部又は端子(15A,16A)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- 前記アンテナヘリックス(5)は前記電子モジュール(2)の外部に形成されていること、及び、前記電子モジュール(2)は前記第2面(12B)に通じる相互接続パッド(16B,16C)を備えており、前記相互接続パッドは前記接続端部又は端子(15A,16A)を接続するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の無線周波数通信デバイス。
- チップカード又は旅券を形成する、前記アンテナヘリックス(5)に電磁的に連結されたパッシブアンテナ(20)を備える、請求項11に記載の無線周波数通信デバイス(1)。
